Very friendly staff. Carmen at front desk is very helpful. Spin instructor Shirley does a great class with hip music and amazing motivator.

I love this fitness studio. I purchase Groupon vouchers for Pole Dancing & Zumba, and I went to classes taught by different instructors. All of them were amazing. I couldn't wait to use up my vouchers so that I could purchase full membership and try all of the other classes. I have now attended Cardio Hip Hop, Barre Body. Again, these classes were fantastic and full of energy. I have been to many gym classes all over the world at very prestigious gyms; UK, France, Germany and all over the US. I have never been to an establishment where every class is just brilliant.

I LOVE to dance, but for some reason I was skeptical about Zumba classes. My first class was with Nando last week - 1/14/16 and it was a fantastic experience. I was drenched in sweat, the music was blasting and the atmosphere was great; I was enjoying myself. So, I had to go again and my second class was with Rueben. Well, all I can say is that I am HOOKED!!!

There's just no other place like it! Zumba, TRX, Total Body, Spinning, Barre and Pilates makes it a complete package. There's a fitness level for everyone and their wonderful and professionally trained instructors will help you thru every step of the way. The welcoming and friendly faces that always greet you as you come thru those doors are simply pricessless. It's why I always say "Vibez is my Home away from Home" ❤️
