The women inside Victoria's Secret are extremely helpful from bra fitting to special occasions they are willing to help you for as long as needed and in any manner possible to ensure you get the best experience and leave there feeling confident and gorgeous. The 5 for 28 panties special is extremely affordable and worth a trip to Victoria Secret's all on its own

It's exactly what you would expect from an underwear store. It's not at all uncomfortable to go in there and find things for my wife, except sometimes the staff isn't very helpful. Also things can be very unorganized and it can be a little awkward digging through panty bins for the right size lol.

I went shopping in this store on Friday (Dec 15, 2017). I was really disappointed with their customer services. The staffs just make me felt like my appearance in the store annoyed them. They never said hello to customer first. I asked one staff for fitting room, she just pointed me to just go somebody's already there. I said to her that no one there. She just shrug her shoulders. The service was slow and unfriendly. I went to VS in Garden city later, I felt like night and day. The VS at Garden city was very friendly, helpful, and very informative.

The workers are always pleasant and very helpful from the few experiences i have had. Nice location in the mall away from food court but along the main strip.
