During The After Christmas Sales, The Customer Service Was Good. The Lady's That Work Their On Saturday December 28, 2019 Was Very Nice, And Their Hands Were Full With Keeping The Sale Items On The Floor. The Store Was Clean Neat And Organized. Great Customer Service

I like the Victoria's Secret at The Harbor place Gallery because the staff and managers ask you questions and help you before you go in the door to shop. Also the staff and managers also give you options especially if the item is not available. They will check at other stores and if the item is available there, they will have the item shipped to their store for you. Excellent Service that I have received from my own experience!

I’ve shopped at this location a couple of times and I always luck up on a super cool sale. Today I spent $26 for 2 body mist, 2 velvet matte lip creams & a body lotion! My type of shopping. The staff is always helpful and attentive as well.

My visit to Victoria's Secret with a short my sixteen-year-old bought some underwear for his girlfriend and I had to return a few pairs they had hand sanitizer as soon as you walk into the store. I enjoyed myself because the females let the men know they were welcomed there. I did not feel out of place like some lingerie stores do.

I was in and out quickly due to the help of the staff members on the floor. Was offered good deals and wasn't pressured into buying things I didn't want. I don't shop there regularly and was only looking for a few things which I was helped with quickly.

This Victoria Secret & Pink is so nice. The store is always neat, tidy, and Amazing!!!. The staff is so Welcoming and Helpful. They go above and beyond to do anything and to make sure your pleased. Thanks so much!!!.

Still one of my favorite stores and still love the underclothes and cute outfits. However the one in Baltimore we went on has very rude and ghetto customers. It's not hard to say excuse me especially when the other person was there first.

Christie was the best always professional, kind and the most helpful. Jazz a guy...helped me with the scents and was very honest. The young lady at the register made up for a free gift i wss supposed to get that they were out of......

I haven't been in a while and I was very satisfied with what I got I will return I always love Victoria's secretsI'm able to go back and shop again and get out and communicate with people while I'm trying againI love to go in and get out I just don't love nobody to crowd around me let me look you know leave me alone let me look I'll get mad cuz I don't like people to be around me I got to get better with that.
