Victoria's Secret

As soon as I walked into the store, I was kindly welcomed by the employees working that day. The team of VS experts was very knowledgeable and I was able to find exactly what I needed quickly. And even at the very end of my experience in the store, Annette at the register was super sweet and helpful. Victoria's Secret appears to have a great team of staff working at this location !! Kudos !!

The representative was nice; however, she wasn’t very knowledgeable about the products within the store. She told me Heavenly was only going in one portion of the store and I found out differently as I strolled through the store.

While shopping I was greeted by a worker named Vung, “V” nickname. She made my experience at Victoria S. one to remember! This girl deserves a RAISE!! Thank you so much V!!

A very nice experience! I'm used to shopping online. I was helped by all four employees. Everyone there was just so nice, helpful and knowledgeable. I enjoyed myself. Very organized and clean and lots of stock.

Great new selections of bras, just no matching underwear. Staff told me they are put out on the floor at later date, was disappointed in that. Sale prices were great along with the customer service!

My wife and I have been going to Victoria’s Secret for many years . Not just the one at South Park Mall but all over the country and hands down the Victoria’s Secret at South Park Mall has been our all time favorite Victoria’s Secret store ever! The staff is very helpful , knowledgeable and eager to please. Always greeted with a smile and they always have the newest stuff. My wife swears by this store as do I as well. They are hard workers here and under great management not like some of the other Victoria’s Secrets we’ve been to. Keep up the great work!

Had an amazing shopping experience at Victoria Secret’s Southpark location because of Alexis! She was attentive to my needs. She was very professional and friendly. Next time you’re there, ask for Alexis. You will not regret it!!

Savannah is a very Rude person for a manager! My husband went in to get a price adjustment everyone and she spoke so strong with him and firm, I then called cause there was some confusion and I spoke to an associate before her and asked if I need tags for a price adjustment and that associate did not know the answer and instead of telling me she was getting we manager Savannah she just hands her the phone and she asked what I need, that frustrated me and having to explain it once again cause I was under the impression I was still speaking to the originally person who answered the phone, after explain I had a frustrated tone, she then explained what I need in a nasty way, and I told her to not be snarky, she then explained to me I was being snarky which was out of line on her end. If she is a manager can you imagine who else she is talking to like that. That’s no manager.

Today I went shopping at Victoria at South Park in Charlotte . Some woman that works there was extremely impolite. When helping me find a bra, I asked her about a different size and color, she told me I should go shop elsewhere. Very rude and unprofessional.
