I’ve been to this store before, but today was my best visit so far. Rachel was very helpful - she sized me perfectly and found every product that I was hoping to find today. Then, Autumn checked me out and also provided me with amazing service! Usually when I check out no one tells me coupons available through my rewards, but she did, and was able to save me a great deal of money. I got what I was looking for and more all thanks to the amazing customer service Rachel and Autumn provided. Thank you both!

The manger at this store I am so sorry I have forgotten her name and the associates today made me feel warm and welcome after I had a bad experience at another SouthPark store. I appreciate soma products but more importantly- this store treats everyone well and is so incredibly helpful and kind. And that will keep me coming back for life. 5 stars all around. Great products and great people!

Katia is literally the best at her job. She took her time to pull everything I needed and ordered the exact color I wanted. Hands down, if you need any intimates for to Soma!!

Literally the ladies here do not know how to size or help you find a bra that fits. I’ve gone here twice recently and wasted my money on bras that don’t end up fitting correctly. Very disappointed because I have loved these bras in the past

Employees were very nice, even helping when I had to get a different size for my friend who was in the dressing room, a bit more pricey than Victoria Secret, and was pleased with the plus sizes.

Need more training to help teen girls. The lady was not helpful at all!! Customers need work!!! I will NOT GO BACK!!

My wife was able to find what she needed. Bought an additional bra on sale.

The service is always great but there has been a steady decline in the quality of the lingerie.

I got 3 underwire bras, and all of them lost one of the underwires in the first week.
