Ordered a pack of masks , over $40. Very thin, mostly solid velvet 2 ply, saggy and baggy and not even a nose bridge wire for fit. Next time I’ll order from Amazon and pay 1/4 of the price for much better quality and most importantly better fit and protection.

This used to be a wonderful boutique with great warmth, helpful service and charm.  Complete change in staff, extremely poor customer service, rude staff and a terrible environment to shop.  Such a shame!
