So saddened to see the owners took the high-quality Italian espresso machine away, and install gas station type automatic coffee makers. I had considered this location one of the Premier coffee houses in the city. They said it’s because they are having to focus on profit over quality.

Just got off the road from Cincinnati and *needed* coffee, I came through this location without an idea of what I wanted. Barista was kind, patient, and helped me create a custom, delicious chocolate mint cold brew with oatmilk. Highly recommend this location and this drink. Vegetarian options: dairy alternatives, and vegan options

The most incredible service. The most incredible baristas. The most incredible energy. The most incredible atmosphere. Oh yeah, the most incredible coffee. Thank you all for making my experience there consistent and enjoyable! Parking: In order to get a parking spot on the lot, get there early. Otherwise you will have to find a spot on the street. Wheelchair accessibility: Plenty of wheelchair access. The many times I've spent here, I've seen several locals there commonly. Dietary restrictions: I do believe they accommodate diet restrictions upon request. And also vegan alternatives.

The blended latte is delicious, very well balanced. Not too watery. They also serve alcohol in addition to coffee which is great for afternoon drinks! The patio is pup friendly with free pup cones for your furry friend. Really nice atmosphere overall!

Very polite, friendly and courteous baristas! They are always very patient when you need help deciding. I wasn't sure what Tea I wanted and she asked me questions then made a suggestion. Great choice! One if the best teas I've had. The awesome thing wad i didn't need to put anything in it. Perfect on its own. I love their slow drip coffee...so cool and a very smooth taste. I love that they serve alcohol and have games! My kids are always occupied when we go. It had a very cozy feel. Overall, a great coffee shop!

Lucy Rocks the customer service!! And Really gives both the store and the whole brand the friendly, quality, neighborhood experience, that has taken Heine Brothers to where it's at today!! This location especially has both great coffee and matcha, in an unbeatable atmosphere of comfort and relaxation!! From the tavern style furniture, classic and iconic wooden bar, and general air of ease. To the vintage European style outdoor patio. Perfect for enjoying the fresh air and sunshine, or lounging in the shade enjoying the breeze. Always a great experience here! And exactly what a quality neighborhood coffee shop should be!!

We spend a good time there, the coffee of the day was colombian and we had a very good coffe for a cheap price. We also ordered a latte it was pretty because they draw a heart on it and it taste was really good.

This Heine location and its new well-lit renovations will prove a fine bastion against Seasonal Affective Disorder during the looming darker months, but many of us will need practice sitting adjascent to folks we may not know without feeling weird or making it weird in order to not waste seats.

Open later than most coffee shops and have EXCELLENT coffee! This is by far my favorite coffee shop in Louisville. I'd say it's partly because they're open till 11pm Thurs-Sat and 10pm the rest of the time. Most other coffee shops close pretty early. The staff is super nice and knowledgeable and they have a great variety. My favorites: -Blended white mocha sooo good -Vint Julep - Chai latte w/ cinnamon If you're looking for a good coffee place to check out I'd highly recommend it. The atmosphere is nice too. They have a fire going during the winter time and outside seating during the warmer months for hanging out. Very clean and they have off street parking too.

Over priced. Got one breakfast sandwich with sausage in it and it was barely any sausage, all egg for 8 almost $9. Had lemonade here also and it was overly sweet. Still wanted to try working here being that it is close by and I like the atmosphere but it was an excuse every time I called to inquire about my application :
