If I could give Ms. Joyce 1 MILLION stars, I would!! She is the ABSOLUTE BEST in every category and she SAVED my wedding!!! I had a wedding dress emergency. I bought a lace dress with a train that needed hemming within 48 hours before our wedding. When I called Ms. Joyce on a Wednesday afternoon and explained the situation, she took my appointment right away. Not only did she do the eyelash lace hem, but she also added a bustle and took in the straps. She was SO attentive to every detail of my gown to make sure it fit perfectly. She truly is a master of her craft and as soon as I walked into her beautiful shop, I knew I was in wonderful hands. She was so knowledgeable of what the dress needed and she was so understanding of my last minute wedding emergency. She called me within 24 HOURS to come try the dress on, having stayed late the night before to make sure it was ready in time and not wanting me to be nervous about it not being ready in time. When I came to try it on, it looked absolutely perfect but, with her eye for detail and goal of perfection, asked for one more hour to make just a few final changes. When I returned, the dress was steamed, pressed, and packaged completely ready for my wedding the next day. I AM SO GRATEFUL for her skill and care.
