I went looking to see if this was an office I wanted to use as my primary physician. I made everyone aware of that fact. I asked if there would be a charge and was told "No" twice. The next thing I know I received a bill in the mail for "shoulder pain". When the Dr came in the room he was the third person I told that I was there to see if this were a place I wanted to go for a primary physician. And my first need would be a physical exam. We discussed a small bit of my medical history and family medical history. While I had waited in a dirty, unkept room I felt like this place is not for me. The Dr was nice enough and came recommended but, due to the way I was handled and the dirty nature of the office I thought I would look else where. Now I am stuck with a bill for something that was not diagnosed nor treated and after several calls to the office billing department and front desk, I have never been called back. I am really disappointed that they billed me and my insurance company for something that was discussed while interviewing the Dr to see if I even wanted to go there. Especially when they were well aware of my request for an appointment. Would this be considered a fraudulent charge?

We have been paitent of the practice from first day Dr Milani started his practice. We are so happy and pleased with all of the providers but our favorites is Hanh-Tien Tran who spends lots of time with you, listens to you and explains everything in detail and you leave with smile and happy no matter how sick you are! We also love Dr Milani as and seen other providers there. Sometimes you have to wait 30 Minuets plus to be seenbut that’s because they spend time trying to help you and me in the office! I trust Dr Milani and Hanh with my life and can not imagine our life without them as they have literally saved my life! I wish there were many more doctors and just amazing human beings like Dr Milani in the planet earth amd the whole world would be a better place! Thank you for everything you do Doctor Milani

Professional and prompt service. After arriving late for an office visit on the day of an imposing snow storm (that crippled many other businesses on 3/21/18) VFM honored my appointment. The front desk staff and nurse were polite and very accommodating. In my 20+ years working in the healthcare staffing industry I have met with many providers... some good, some not so good. Dr. Milani is an exceptional doctor. His bedside manner is warm and welcoming. He listens to your concerns, asks insightful questions and offers intelligent treatment options that make sense. My experience with this entire office has been excellent. I would highly recommend.

Very poor service. General atmosphere among the staff member is too lax. I made an appointment first thing in the morning and not all the staff was not even in.

Wonderful staff and Amazing doctors! Dr. Milani is the BEST. He is friendly, knowledgeable and so humble. He truly cares for his patients and always finds a way to give back to the community by providing free healthcare to the less fortunate and promoting public fundraising for good causes! He is a real role model.
