This place is a joke… the maintenance is poor. Laundry room is nasty no cleaning at all… office know about it and just say we know… For the same money you can get better places.. charge 30 dollars CAM fee for maintenance on what…

Since new management has taken over they have been much better at handling work orders and concerns over safety. The complex is relatively quiet which is great given its proximity to the strip. The laundry mat needs updating not always clean. It would be nice to have new machines and also a workout facility.

I reported that my heat didnt work months ago and no one ever came. I cant wait to sue the pants out of Viridian and mainly UV Residential. Adriana as well. She is the absolute worst.

I've been trying for 10 days to apply for an apartment here. Their phone either hangs up on you or is forwarded to a phantom number. Their 1-855 number just hangs up on you. MAJOR scam alert. Doubt I'll ever see my 300 dollars again... STAY away from this place.

After other multiple issues with them not doing things properly they sent me this notice 12 hours24 hours is required before knowing that they want us to take everything out of cabinets and drawers and have it covered before they come . So i called to let them know its not long enough notice because i have a small baby so i have to leave with her for 4 hours on top of that and they said they dont have to come .... not that they will come with a notice nothing just that they wont come when they have a pest problem ... they are very unprofessional and care about nothing

There's been a wave of rambunctious teenagers has been running a mock at night. They have been throwing rocks and breaking windows at the apartments. My nephew heard some noise and looked out the window and seen a few teenagers throwing rocks at our apartment window. When my nephew went outside, these teens took off. Its become a nightly event in this community. Pay attention to your surrounding, stay away from your windows. I tried calling the office but the message line is full. There were also seen trying to kick in the door to a vacant apartment. This use to be a safe commimunity with families and elderly occupants.

Do NOT try to rent from them. Their website gives false information and takes your fee for the apartments when they aren't even available. False advertising at it's finest. They claim the phones were down. No they're off and go to a voicemail box that's full so you can't leave a message. The girl at the door doesn't know anything and claims yesterday was her first day.

Ok, so I'm really not sure what all these complaints are about because my experience here has been nothing but AMAZING! First and foremost we had a difficult time getting here since we were moving from Hawaii, however Angelica was and is wonderful! She always kept in touched answered any questions we needed and worked with us. We moved in and when we had just some issues with some neighbors being loud at ungodly hours she again reached out and made it easy for us to resolve the issue! Honestly the staff is amazingly wonderful and helpful! Even when I went to drop off my security deposit the lady I met at the door cant remember her name she and I stuck up a conversation about her boots and it was just so nice! Everyone here complaining seems to me are just doing so because they can. They may be understaffed and they may be busy but that's life I get it and the service I do get from them is always above and beyond! I love this place and def would recommend!!

I moved March 15th, 2021 from across the country to go to school here and I chose these apartments to live at for a year. They’re not the best but they’re not the worst. Lots of different kinds of peoples around and it’s not as quiet as it seems in the beginning. Just last week, a man stole my clothes out of the dryer after leaving them solo for a few minutes which was partially my fault for leaving them unattended but still. These type of things shouldn’t be happening. Maybe if the complex had the laundry room door closed/required a key to enter. Instead, they have the door wide open 24/7 and this complex is only a few minutes away from the strip. It’s not a horrible place to live, but if you want a better living and more comfortable experience, choose elsewhere. Preferably away from the strip. I’m not in a huge rush for my lease to be over but when the time comes, I will definitely be out of here.
