Honestly I would not recommend that anyone even consider moving here. Only if it's your last resort. I have seen public housing projects and trailer parks that are better than this apartment complex. The leasing agents and property manager are very rude racist and unprofessional. The units are old with outdated appliances. Roaches are everywhere plumbing is terrible and prices are way to expensive for what your getting. The maintenance men are nosy and weird. This place is nasty and unsafe.

I was considering looking into this spot. However I noticed that the alleged security is a joke and only acts like they're doing their job. I have a buddy who lives here and he said I wouldn't move here if I were you.

My appointment was for 1:00 p.m. to look at a one-bedroom apartment. Spoke with Veronica. She tells me that we have nothing available. Why couldn't they just call me and tell me that they didn't have nothing available. I had to take a hour and 20 minute bus ride to this place. It would have saved me the hassle getting to this place. So I say forget this place not good.

My brother just moved into this complex. His one bedroom apartment is so spacious. It is really nice. No weird smells. Lots of closet spacewhich is bonus. And grass outside the front door. I also want to mention the balconyanother bonus. So far... So good.

Made an appointment online to schedule a tour, when I came in I was told there were no units to show not even a demo of the floor plan. Was shown the same pictures on the website of the floor plan on his computer. Like really! Was given an application to fill out but did not give information on when thier units will he available. Very unprofessional and no customer service at all.

Even after the reviews I attempted to give the place a chance because I REALLY LIKED THE FLOOR PLAN. I spent 20 mins on the phone reviewing things with the staff prior to setting an appointment and confirming I’d like to see the unit in person, upon getting to the location “20 minutes across town” I was told they don’t even have units available to look at the service was extremely unapologetic, and the property is not near as nice in person. DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME HERE.

I would not recommend this place even as a last resort. These people will tell you one thing over the phone and the next minute ticket shock you and blame you and say you didn’t listen to what was said even though most prices aren’t clearly mentioned until you see the fine print in person and the fake smile. These people will tell you one thing over the phone and something different in person I would not rent with these scam artists and cons, the amount of lies and “mistaken” quotes and the staff is more interested in your personal life and money than your well being or the state of your apartment. Maintenance isn’t helping you here, and they are all buddies who will smile and tell you how great the apartment is with signs everywhere “new home”. This is a We Happy Few apartment complex, smile and pay what they ask or prepare for the drama these people are addicted to.

I haven't been here that long. But this place is absolutely beautiful compared to everything else Las Vegas has to offer. Trust me, I looked. The management staff here and their maintenance crew are constantly working to keep this place looking nice both outside and inside. Everybody is smiling and very friendly toward you, no matter how busy they are. The community is also pretty quiet. As far as the units themselves, they're awesome. Well insulated, you don't hear outside noises, and are pretty well maintained. I've been living in this neighborhood for quite some time now. The way I see it, I will definitely be renewing my lease when the time comes. I like it here. Keep up the good work.

I live here for 5 years got nip complaint. Office staff is awesome. Manager is great get things done promptly.

So, a while ago I rented this place, sight unseen. I thought the on line advertisement and brochure were real. I had my daughter go check it out, get a feel for it. She reported back that there would be nothing that she could be offered to stay there. I came back to Vegas and was going to check it out in the night. That's when you are really supposed to check out your neighborhood. I did not even get out of the car. You guys can keep the money. Im richer without having this as an experience.I would give you negative stars if I could. Will someone please start allowing negative stars.
