Let's see this business decided to up my prescription to the equivalent of an HD TV subscription in a lens. Now the magnifying glass lens prescription has reduced my vision to blindness. This business also refuses to re-order contact prescriptions annually without an eval. This place makes money off of other people's difficulties. They do not refer to an actual eye doctor. Do not go here.

It's horrible here don't come here twice they said my appointment was at one time and when I get there they're like, it was two hours ago, why would I come at both times I've made an appointment here they messed it up, horrible service not happy at all

Terrible, awful business practices. This place has had our business for years, we had an appointment there for a follow up for contacts and got there, no doctor, no call. Was told it was a "scheduling conflict" we are in a technology day and age and you can not notify us. I understand people are human and mistakes happen but then they take it a step further and not allow us to purchase contacts until the missing doctor examines the fit, explain this all got scheduled because of a pending vacation and we do not have time to run back and forth since the office is already 45 minutes from our home and people do work for a living so time was taken to make this appointment. Was told there is nothing they can do, then told they can not provide us a copy of the prescription. Again, we have been loyal customers for about 8 years, the owner was completely rude and unprofessional so it obvioulsy starts at the top. Heads up to people that have used them and people thinking of using them! Never again for this family!

I must say I am more than pleased with the service. The staff and Drs are all very nice and knowledgable. I don't feel like "just another patient". I would definitely recommend Vision Max Montoursville to anyone and everyone.
