Absolutely awful awful staff. The receptionist was nasty every single time we’ve ever gone there. Just in a very angry mood & downright rude the entire time, even to my children. I thought it might just be me she doesn’t like but I’ve had other people tell me the same thing about this woman. The doctor herself seems very kind but getting an appt is a task all on its own. We once waited 6 months for an appt only to be called the day before & told it needed to be rescheduled because of their schedule conflicts & then told it would be about 3 months until they could fit us in again. When I complained about already waited 6 months, I was screamed at and told to “go somewhere else if I don’t like it!” And then hung up on. I could go on & on about this place but it’s not worth it. Honestly, if you have another option for optometry, choose it and avoid this place at all costs. Trust me!

Always very friendly and professional. I had a concern with my eye and they got me in immediately, very grateful. THANK YOU!
