I wasn't sure what to expect since they didn't participate in my insurance, but the frames were so reasonably priced that I ended up saving money.  The entire staff was patient, knowledgeable, and helpful.  Very informative without being pushy, and took the time to walk through all the options.  Plus, their selection of frames is varied and stylish.  I will be recommending them to all my friends.  So rare to find such stellar customer service these days.

One more reason to love this place!  I bought a pair of glasses last year and had them coated with all sorts of good stuff.  I ended up scratching them somehow, called up to see if they were still covered and the person helping me over the phone said, "Yep. I will order you new lenses and call you when they are in."  In this day and age it seems like integrity is lacking all over the place; not here!  A couple days later I got the call that my lenses were in, went to the store, they popped them in and I walked out a happy customer!  Thank you ModernEYES.

Great experience at ModernEYES... Friendly, helpful and knowledgeable  staff and great selection of fun, trendy frames! Could use additional mirrors in the store for trying on frames.

The staff have always been very helpful and pleasant. I needed to replace my lens when scratched, they were quick to order and replace the lens.
