Oxford Mall Eye Doctor Center

I have always received great care from this eye Dr. you can tell that he really cares . I was having very strange changes in my vision and I made an appointment with the eye Dr. and he does accept my insurance and he is still following up with me to make sure everything is ok. Here is REAL healthcare and it is so hard to find. Also Kim who is the lady who works there as well is AWESOME she is so nice and does everything she can to help u. So I do refer this Dr.🤓😎

horrible horrible experience. First i ordered contacts, they gave me the wrong kind. I had to return them for the correct type, i was given half my order and told that ' i owe you 5 more for the right eye, we will call you when they are ready to pick up'. Never did i get a call back and getting someone to answer the phone was a night mare. Months later i call back to finally go get my contacts and i am told, ' there is nothing here for pick up, the records indicate that all your contacts were picked up'. I tried explaining to the lady that they still owed me contacts but she wouldn't listen and instead insisted on the records that to me were entered incorrectly. Very poor service.

The hours are terrible and it is difficult to get anyone to call you back
