I would not go back again even if they do take my insurance! The lady said to me that since I did not have my exam from the doctor at Hope Vision...that if the glasses didn’t work to take them to the doctor who prescribed them! So now I am stuck with glasses that aren’t perfect! I have never had any problems at Costco and they cost less there than they did using my insurance at Hope.

Terrible experience. Ophthalmologist was rude and condescending. Waited forever and then acted like it was a favor to see me. When I didnt want to purchase my contact lens from them, as their prices were way too high, they "adjusted" my bill to a higher office visit rate. Reported them to my insurance company and was told they had other complaints about this provider. GO ANYWHERE EXCEPT HERE!!!

Horrible eye doctor place i ever been too!! DONT WASTE UR TIME HERE they are about themselves and dont gave a darn about their customers but the money u put in their pockets!!! Would NEVER recommend coming here! Anywhere but here is better...

Every appointment I've had here has been a great experience! Great customer service too. I wouldn't go anywhere else. Everyone is so friendly. From the time you walk in to the time you walk out.

If you want prompt and caring customer service, stay away from this place. I had to wait over three weeks to get my glasses. And they lied to me about why I had to wait. They said there was a blizzard in the place where their lab is. Well, my mom lives there and I know for a fact there was no blizzard. Then, they said they were open Saturdays, so I went to pick my glasses up, and the place was closed. I called their number and it turns out they are only open every other Saturday--even though their website and the door of their shop never tell you that.

I would never go to this place again. Not only is their customer service piss-poor, they're liars. Don't waste you time--go somewhere else, anywhere else!
