THIS POST WAS CREATED ON MAY 14, 2018 UPDATE: AFTER A FEW WEEKS AND AN IN OFFICE BACK AND FORTH, WAS CONTACTED BY THE OWNER OF THIS LOCATION. AFTER A FEW EMAILS, THE SITUATION IS BEING RESOLVED, THERE ARE A COUPLE LESSONS TO BE LEARNED ON BOTH END OF THE RELATIONSHIP. FROM MY END THE COSTUMER: 1. KEEP A COOL HEAD, 2. MAKE SURE ALL PARTIES KNOW AND AGREE ON WARRANTY'S, 3. DON'T YELL AT EMPLOYEE'S THEY FOLLOW POLICY. FROM MY VIEW OF THE BUSINESS, 1. MAKE SURE YOUR COSTUMER'S KNOW EXACTLY WHAT THEY ARE GETTING FROM YOUR END OF SERVICE, 2. TRY TO HELP THE ODD CASE (IN MY SITUATION) AND DON'T JUST SAY YOU DIDN'T BUY THEM HERE SO WE CAN'T HELP YOU, EVERY CASE IS DIFFERENT.  

THIS POST WAS CREATED IN APRIL 2018:  DO NOT EVER TAKE ANYTHING HERE!!!!! BOUGHT A PAIR OF OAKLEYS AT SUNGLASS HUT, HAD THEM PUT LENSES  IN THAT COSTVAS MUCH AS THE FRAMES AFTER HAVING 8 MONTHS FRAMES BROKE OUT FROM WHAT I BELIEVE  TO BE STRESS FROM THE LENS BEING TO BIG, NOW THEY WONT WARRANTY  THEM BC I DIDNT BUY THE FRAMES FROM THEM, MY OPINION  ONCE THEY AGREED TO CHANGE LENSES  THEY ASSUME RESPONSIBILITY!!!! NOT THIER OPINION.  TERRIBLE TERRIBLE PLACE!!!!!

Awesome, cheerful staff! We could tell they enjoyed working together and with their patients.  We had a semi emergency.  They got us right in and we are very thankful! Clean, comfortable office.

Dr Keele was very nice and the visit was great, my daugher was seen with almost no wait time. Thank you for the great care, not every office is this wonderful!
