Went in the evening on December 29 2022 with my daughter. She was getting my grandson’s glasses fixed. The lady that helped was real rude. She didn’t even want to get up from her seat. She was trying to charge up more. Then when she seen we noticed she changed. Not sure if the store wants her to charge more or what is going on. When we were done she said you can all leave now. I don’t know why anyone would have someone like this working for them. Visionworks just lost our families business. We will not be going back there.
After picking out our glasses. I asked what the total was , response 3,200.00 you read that right. When we guestioned the total, Paula said that we had three plans and insurance would cover it. Later after some thought, I called and said I wanted to put hold on the order so I could check with insurance. And I might have to adjust purchase. She argued with me to the point of me cancelling the intire order.Will never shop at vision works again. Do yourself a favour and shop at EyeMart Express on 21st street.
Fantastic customer service. Very patient with the clients. And not afraid to give an honest opinion. Definitely going back for future purchases.
I have been a Visionworks loyal customer for years. I obviously got different service from this store than the other reviews. Bad repair job on my glasses the second visit. I went in to get my glasses repaired due to this store's incompetence. On my third trip into the store they broke my glasses. They have no idea what they are doing. Your saleswoman managed to talk herself out of my business. I got the feeling they didn't want to take my money. I bought a new pair from a different Visionworks.
I LOVE the customer service I receive at Visionworks! Martin spent a lot of time with me, allowing me to try on pair after pair, until I found the two that I deemed perfect. He was so patient and kind, and never once tried to push me toward something more expensive! Kealy and Laney I believe that's her name were very cordial, as well. I've never had a bad experience with Visionworks!
The staff here was extremely knowledgeable and helpful! There was a huge selection of frames and tons of different ways to customize the lenses like non-glare and scratch resistance to really make your glasses last a long time. But the best part was the prices! Super affordable but high quality, both in the materials and the service. This is definitely the only place I’m shopping for glasses from now on.
Absolutely amazing service from this location. I had new glasses made. I got to work with the General Manager, Britton. He took the time to find out what styles and options my wife and I wanted. Pricing was good, turn around time... was legit. 1 day and our glasses were done! I had an issue with mine a few days later, Cameron and Britton took care of it for me in a matter of an hours time. I will definitely recommend these guys!
Today my screw in my glasses was coming out while I was in the Towneast Mall I stopped in Visionworks Darien the Associate helped me. It was a great customer service experience he did not have to help me but he did. Because I got my glasses from the Veterans Administration. Thanks Visionworks for having such a great guy working for you!!!
I had originally purchased my Glasses at vision works several months ago. On Monday, on my way out of town, I broke my only pair of prescription glasses and had no contacts with me. I stopped at Vision Works in The Town West mall. After telling Jorge my dilemma, I was blown away with his professionalism, his knowledge, and fast acting service. I will purchase All of my Eyewear items at Visionworks from now on. I only hope that all of there employees city, State, and Nation wide are as good as Jorge was to me. This guy should train every one else.
The service was great, and one guy helped me, i think his name was Quinton. He was super helpful and answered all my questions. My glasses were done in a timely manner, and i would go back to them if i needed any help. Overall... 10/10
