Updated 1-8-2023, Finally got through to a person who was either stoned or well medicated. My glasses have been at the store for over a week. Never got a call from store. Need to work on your communication skills!! Answer the phone. Same goes for the 800 number. Pending order, no updates, can't get a hold of anyone. What's going on with my glasses??? In regards to the 800 number, on hold for over 20 minutes, rang once like I was getting connected, silence for about a minute, then completely disconnected.
The worst, I had taken in my own glasses for prescription lenses to be put in. 3 weeks later I get a voice-mail of them saying my own glasses were broken in the process and to go in to pick one of their frames, fine, I went and they were giving me $130 as an "allowance" towards the frame. I didn't like any of the frames within the $130, so they wanted to charge me the difference of a more expensive frame,Excuse me, but you broke my frame!! I should have charged you for breaking my glasses. I will not be coming back to this establishment.
They were very friendly and the Dr was also very nice and very informative. My situation took a little longer, but the other patients were in and out quickly. This will be my new place to go for eye care.
It's a nice enough place. It's a pretty standard store. Average. I don't think they're really focused on user experience or having contemporary frames or anything like that. I came for an eye exam, it went pretty smooth, and I got the prescription and I left. The doctor was a little awkward but nothing wrong with that. Nothing standout. Nothing too detracting. PS you have to go into the mall to get to the store. They have a door that opens up from the outside but it is temporarily or permanently blocked from entering or exiting.
Their phone customer service is horrible. I called for an hour straight to see if anyone would answer the phone. As soon as they pick up they hang up . It a Monday and it's 1 hour before they close you are not busy. I walked in and nobody was in the store how are you not answering the dam phone...... lazy workers.
Friendly, courtesy and very accommodating. They got me good glasses at the lowest price.

Stephanie was absolutely incompetent in helping. She called a few times on Saturday confirming my insurance information and was supposed to call me back to confirm if it was accepted or not. Here we are day of my appointment and I called to find out and she said she couldn’t find anything. I told her to cancel my appointment and she immediately hung up. Horrible customer service! I logged in to check my insurance and it did say it used eyemed. Due to your office incompetency I will take my business elsewhere. What a disappointment.
Eye exam was great, however they won't give you a copy of your Rx unless you ask for it. Their way of forcing you to purchase at their store. Pretty sheisty technique.
Doctor was ok and did same day appointment however it's been over two weeks and I still haven't got my contacts. When I call they say they were delivered but they can't find them. So from the day of my actual appointment and now trying to locate where they put my contacts it has been about a month process. Very disappointed. First call gentleman said contacts where delivered but he can't find them. He was going to look more and call me back. No call. Few hours later I call again stephanie seemed to be upset she had to do her job. Rudely put me on hold for about 15 minutes and never returned to the call. So I Hung up called again she picked up and said please hold again but transferred me to someone else. He then explains they can't find my contacts that they will give me a free trial. Which is nice and a obvious solution considering it's their fault my prescription isn't there. But it's not the colored contacts that I paid and have been waiting for. I've never had such a issue with any other company before. I most definitely will not return here for refills picture is proof of the time waiting on hold
