Today is the 20th work day since I had my appointment and ordered my glasses. I was told it would take 15 - 20 work days to receive them. Tried to call and they don't pick up. Says their mailbox is full. Can't get ahold of them

The worst customer service, I don't know how they stay in business. They don't answer the phone the recording tells you to call back instead of putting you on hold. STAY AWAY FOR YOUR SAFETY.

ive been going here since I was 12. I usually go with my mama, but now that im 18 I go by myself. They still have great professionalism and very adaptable.

This location is very close to my house, but because the customer service is below par-I'll try another location. They do not address you when you enter & make you wait a long time for the simplest thing. The products & Doctor were great, but the support staff was not. I would not recommend this location to anyone

This place is ok. The only thing is that they have you waiting for an hour.
