The worst experience ever had in world. Staff is rude and arrogant. They don't provide information in the call. Please avoid this place to have better day experience. Front desk employees are rude and arrogant. Not friendly at all. Save your day.

I was just searching closer locations and by reading THIS LOCATION AND READING THE COMMENTS. I will surely stay away from here!. I dont have time for these lousy workers

Had a good experience with the one of the Dr. through a very important moment. The Asian Dr unfortunately can’t say the same. I’ll leave it at that but the Manager Hennessy As well as Leslie and Itzel are very nice and helpful girls. Keep up the good work ladies.

This location really cares about its patients. My daughter jus recieved her new glasses and they had broke because she ran into a chair. They ordered her a new pair and waived the fee and it helped me a lot. Genesis the manager was very helpful and I appreciate her very much. Thank you ladies!!!!

I saw all reviews and i was scared to go, but they were really nice, helpful and they explain what my kid need it.

This is the worse customer service experience I have ever had. The optometrist was very helpful. Front desk was rude unhelpful.
