Dr. Le is the first doctor I've encountered in Vegas who took the time to fully understand my concerns and do their best to understand the underlying cause. Her demeanor, empathy, and desire to help should be emulated by anyone in the medical field.

Went in to get my eyes checked because it’s been very hard for me to see at night. The doctor was great at this location. She explained everything in detail and was very nice. Went in another day to pick out glasses and was helped by Rachel. Rachel was extremely nice, helpful, patient, and knew her job well. This is a great location with awesome customer service.

Working with Sandy with eyeglass fitting and repair was awesome! I also come here for my annual eye exams and the staff are always friendly and helpful. Getting a quick appointment time is easy too.

There are not enough words to describe how helpful, patient and attentive the entire staff was when I purchased my new glasses...and continue to be whenever I need adjustments or have questions. They all just "get it" here: glasses are not just fashion accessories, they are important tools that help make our lives comfortable and our eye health stable...and they really care about making everything right and taking customer service seriously...and that is a BIG DEAL these days. I promise you will NOT be disappointed visiting this location.

I started coming to this place since 2021, when I started my new insurance plan, VSP. I went from more of a family optometrist to more of a well-known one due to different insurance plans. All I have to say, from last years experience to my most recent have been wonderful. The optometrist and staff are very friendly and helpful, even for a quick 15-30min exam. While the staff working the store are extremely patient and willing to help. Last year, I worked with a lady named Donna? and she was so helpful and wonderful! This recent visit, I worked with Matt/Matthew and he was phenomenal! For a young man, he’s very ambitious and willing to go above and beyond to help me select good frames. He was patient to explain what my insurance will cover vs what the store was offering at the time bogo glasses. Since my insurance didn’t cover frames, I opted to purchase cheaper frames and have the insurance cover the lens. Matt has great communication skills and very good people skills. He was willing to listen to my wants and needs. While my glasses were expected to be completed in 2 weeks, it got done sooner than I expected. I finished up my process with Sandy, and she definitely went above and beyond in making sure that I was satisfied with how it fits. I walked out with better eyesight and a wonderful experience! I’ll definitely be returning especially since there’s a reminder sent to me every year, which really helps out! Sorry for the long review. I appreciate your time in reading this review.

The best place for eye exams definitely! Doctors are amazing and so nice, on the other side staff that works here can literally help you with everything. I broke my favorite eyeglasses and I ordered new frame online, so brought those two in Vision works and Johnny managed to replace lenses with his magical hands

The reception at the doctors office was not welcoming and rude. Doctor was very nice and helpful. When it came time to pick a frame the all the glasses were in piles because they were reorganizing everything.
