Working out with Fermin remotely has been awesome. He set up easy to follow workouts with the equipment I had at home, helped me fix my deadlift technique, and introduced me to new exercises like KB swings, cleans, and mace 360s. I'd highly recommend training with him.

Fermin can go deep or light depending on your needs and he incorporates varying techniques to work your body. I hate when the massage session ends!! And Fermin is most of all a good soul.

Fermin uses a holistic approach to his massage therapy, and takes into account both occupation and exercise regimen. In addition, he's more than happy to explain any given technique and how / why, and makes sure one feels comfortable.

I went in for my assessment and explained to Fermin about some hip discomfort I was having after we went through all the excercies and stretches I felt very loose and active. Fermin knows exactly what he is doing and is very knowledgeable when it comes to human anatomy.
