Vocelli Pizza

Their pizza is consistently delicious and far better than the other guys, like Domino's with their too-salty food. We've never had a less than excellent experience with this store. Just finished another pizza and enjoying the afterglow.

Yesterday I only had 7 dollars and was hungry. The nice woman working n gave me 12 wings at half the price. 6 dollars. She was kind. Smiling face and made me feel better. Thank you. GOD bless youFood: 5/5

Placed my order for delivery. Immediately got a call from Nasir Joon saying no driver was going to deliver it cause it wasn’t enough of a tip. Was told I can come pick it up myself. As soon as I clarified what I said was the tip, of course the apologies started flowing.

The pizza was about 45 minutes late. Ok, cool. It's lunch time. My order was cold and wrong. I'm on the office alone and I can't leave. Not the first time this has happened but I'll probably forget and order from them again

I'm only giving 1 star because I have too. I placed an order online. They charged my card then I get a phone call to tell me the order is canceled because the prices online are not correct and I didn't leave a big enough tip. Sorry but I don't if the food is good or not that just lost my business for good.

We ordered a pizza and wings and tried to tip online but somehow the tip didn’t go through. We received a call from the manager belligerently demanding that we give the driver a tip in cash or he would cancel our order. He did not stop talking long enough for us to even look up the order to see that the tip didn’t go through. Rather than listening he made threats and when we called to complain discovering he was the manager he didn’t care or apologize. And on top of it our pizza was 10 minutes late. We will not be ordering from Vocelli’s again.

I used to love their quattro pizza, it was delicious. Idk if they changed their recipe or a new chef, but I just ordered it and it was disgusting! It didn't even have the soft cheese on top. I also ordered spaghetti and meatballs for my daughter and the meatballs were gray, the sauce was bland and the garlic bread SOOO salty. Neither me nor my daughter could eat it. I will NEVER order from here again. Such a disappointment. I also called to tell them and they werent hearing it and tried to make me pay for a new pizza. Then they hung up on me. Worst customer service

Not overly impressed. Food was okay but nothing exceptional. Caeser salad was iceberg lettuce. Wings were okay, but breading lacked flavor. Rolls had inconsistent cook. They didn't give me what I ordered. They charged me a for a large 16" and gave me 14" medium.Service: 1/5

I really hate doing this but after being a customer for years I have deleted my account with Rose Hill Vocelli Pizza. We received the wrong order and called within about 5 minutes of delivery. The delivery guy was sent back to our house with no replacement and wanted the other food back. We had already opened both the pizza and sub. He then got in his car and left. After waiting a while we called again and the person the owner? who answered the phone asked why we waited an hour to complain which we didn't. He wanted to charge us for a replacement and we told him no thanks. He then hung up. Need to find a new pizza place.
