Went here not as a paying customer, but as somebody who needed a special kind of screwdriver to put my new passenger side mirror on, and they could've have been more helpful even though they knew they wouldn't be making any money off of me. Made my week.

Customer Service is terrible here. Trust me take the drive to Marion Ford if you want to be treated with respect!

- no real pricing structure
- overcharging
- over exaggeration of issues
- up selling... up selling... up selling

Just a few issues we've had with Vogler.  Don't recommend.
