W Stephens Cabinentry & Design

Our home sustained a major fire. Ironically, we had finished a kitchen remodel just a few years prior. Our newer kitchen and upstairs bedroom and bath were destroyed. We chose Stephens because he was a newer local business and our fire restoration company had done business with him in the past. Growing up, my parents always did business with people in the community. We could not be happier with the results. Wayne was very involved and had our kitchen planned to the very smallest detail. He made some good suggestions to improve on our old kitchen. If he was not immediately available, he returned all our calls in a timely fashion. There was a snafu with the size of one cabinet but he quickly made it right. We had some issues with our insurance agent over granite. When we finally got the go ahead to get new granite, it was going to delay the project a couple weeks. Wayne got our order rushed, so there was no delay in moving back in. We found Wayne to be very knowledgeable, consistently reliable, and very easy to work with. Would highly recommend him to anyone.

Wayne has been by my side on every step of my total renovation, from kitchen to bathrooms. He even assisted in many other facets. He stood behind his work, timing of completion and made numerous trips to make sure all details were on point. I would recommend him and his staff to handle any kitchen or bathroom renovations. My kitchen is very large and every angle and every detail were spot on from his proposed design on what I wanted. Thanks Wayne and staff. You all are the best and professional!!!!

Hired W Stephens Cabinetry to design my kitchen renovation and master bathroom. Their attention to every detail truly set them apart from the other designers that I have worked with in the past.I would highly recommend their services. In fact I have passed on their information to numerous friends and family all of whom have been impressed with their professionalism and eagerness to supply the best product..

Contracted with this cabinetry company to do our kitchen reno. Wayne came out, took measurements to confirm that we could closely replicate functional placement we had in our prior kitchen. When the cabinets arrived, a bank of cabinets were re-designed by Wayne so as to reduce the space, usability, and aesthetics of what we expected. Wayne Stephens Cabinetry would not stand behind the job, and Wayne himself made no attempt to satisfy this customer, instead being aloof, and somewhat arrogant about our unhappiness. We ultimately had to have another contractor remove his mess and fabricate a new bank of cabinets, all at our expense, and to our chagrin. When considering a cabinet company, why not go with someone who stands behind their work, not just their contract to provide full satisfaction and pride in the result?

We were so impressed with Mark, our salesman. He educated us on the different cabinet suppliers and counter choices. When we ran into some issues during and after everything was installed, he was right there with his help and advice. We were fearful our granite may have to be removed because of a buff mark and very visible. He was able to work with the fabricator, KBR, to resolve the issue and repair our granite right here in our kitchen, without removal.
