W XYZ Bar

They are super accommodating they let me checking in super early 9 am opposed to 3pm. My flight arrived at 8 AM and I arrived at the airport at nine. I didn’t have anywhere to go until 12 and I wanted to drop my bags off. The young lady allowed me to check in at 9 AM very accommodating the place is super clean. There’s access to food that you can purchase in case you were hungry, they have a bar at night. There’s service at the front desk is very polite and on point and friendly we wanted to change a credit card that was charged the room and then even made that very convenient and easy. Definitely will be coming back to this place.

The hotel was well maintained and the staff were friendly and helpful! I was there on a business trip and spent some time at the bar the first night of my stay, which is where I encountered one of the BEST bartenders I have ever met. OSCAR made my entire trip, and I was sure to head to the bar every night of my stay to make sure I could have some of the best drinks, but also the best conversation. Please please please either give him a raise or treat him well because he is a diamond in the rough. I would 1000% go back to this hotel specifically for him and his presence. 9/10 Hotel 15/10 Bar/Staff 7/10 Location but that is okay

Rooms are the standard Aloft. No surprises. As clean as you can expect for an Aloft. The lounge, pool table and bar area are always active and they have some outside seating to relax. Breakfast was very slow as they "cook" to order. Again, pretty standard Aloft breakfast menu choices of 5 or 6 items to pick from + it is Hotel Coffee . Overall, a great place to stay in Santa Clara area. Definitely much better than a lot of other places around.

Loved our stay! Super cool place with friendly bartenders and live music. Had drinks at their bar next to their lobby; we really had a pleasant time.Rooms: 5/5

Good for sleep only. Rooms are tiny, feels like a jail cell. If going to Niners game it's ok, but stay elsewhere if you have business in area. Lobby, if you want to call it that is very small. Check-in desk is a joke, one person, about size of a phone both. Hallways are very narrow. Personally i would not stay here again. But rooms are clean and well maintained.

We stayed here to go watch the 49ers play. The place was clean and smelled good. The rooms are cozy and clean. The hotel is within walking distance to Levi stadium. The atmosphere is really neat. They have a bar, tvs, and pool tables in the lobby. I would stay here again.

Stayed one night so we could visit Great America. The staff was all super friendly, the rooms were clean. The food was pretty good. We will definitely stay again!Rooms: 5/5

Needed to sleep one night while traveling n took a shot. My room faced highway but didn't hear anything at night. Bedding could be better but matress was nice. Had a real good sleep!Rooms: 4/5

Rooms are great, clean, very comfortable, offers coffee, teas, small fridge. nice lobby down stairs to hang out in. Pool table, bar, restaurant patio area. Walking distance to Levi's stadium approx 1.3 miles.Rooms: 5/5

The staff is very friendly. The first night was not good because we were in a room on the 2nd floor which has the lounge speaker underneath so I couldn't sleep. I don't recommend staying in room 222. The 2nd night was great because we were moved to a different room. The food was very good Nearby activities: We went to a 49ers game and it's within walking distance.
