If I could give this place 6 stars I would. This is the epitome of southern hospitality! Right when I walked in nearly every staff member inside insync said "goodmorning"! The waitress came right over to me and introduced herself and asked how my day was. Like she genuinely was interested. I ordered the All Star Breakfast. Everything was PERFECT! Good thing this waffle house is so close to the airport. People visiting Charlotte should experience this place first!
Very busy, may have to wait for a seat. The T Bone had a funky color and taste. Eggs ordered over medium we're perfect! Scrambled weren't done. The woman helping seat people and bus tables was so great!
I sat for 15 minutes before anyone acknowledged me. I was the only one there for a while & the employees were in & out of the dining area several times. Someone was in the back that I could hear, but never saw. We told them a few times to keep the coffee cups full, but had to ask for refills. One meal had to be sent back for correction, but everything tasted good.
NOT OPEN 24 HOURS. Walk up window between 11pm?-7am. Good luck getting someone to come to the window. Arrived at 5:30am, door was locked and no one ever came to the window. Most Waffle Houses around the CLT airport are closed at night/early morning. Forget it if you think they'll answer the phone.
Food was delicious. Loved having music playing and people in the kitchen singing. Tables were a bit dirty but the staff was prompt to clean it once I sat and were very nice.Food: 5/5
The order taker got mad because I asked her to explain my bill before I pay. She was charging me to much. Got nasty and told me to just give her my money or leave. She actually thought being nasty was cute. Smh. Don’t go there it’s the ghetto. This just happened today I didn’t buy anything from there
Managers i whould only hope they would talk to me and pull me to the side talk face to face with employees. Ask them what's wrong to find out the problem or what's going through there head. Also how the place could run better and make more money for the company. I was a employee but let me tell u I was let go bc I needed to have Christmas off to see my mom who has stage 4 liver cancer that won't make it to next year. And I was told two days in while at my shift that i have to work or be fired even though I explained why. they have more then enuff employees. Fisst it's ok then I was told if I don't work Christmas and Christmas eve im fired mind u I spoke to the gm and the district manager, and the regional managerbut it seems that wasnt the case or forgot or had no heart. I tired to speak to the waffle house off Billy gram mind u. So some how there is no family medical leave or any understanding during Christmas. Witch baffles me. Not to mention there is no way to contact anyone above or CEO to help or be understanding. If that's how waffle house runs without looking into it then I would be In fear of my life. In two months of working there i have seen the cook get punched and disrespected through the Togo window. And not to mention there were two other guys with him and one had a gun...I would never apply and/or eat there at that particular whaffle house. I just would rater relocate. Sincerely, Zachary finley. Parking: Who cares about the parking
We love this place. Stop everytime we travel. Service was great as was the staff.
Very delicious hearty breakfast and the staff are the are the best. Always welcoming. Thank you. Robbie is so sweet. Can't put in words how grateful I am to stumble across this gem.
Went there for lunch, there was 8 people just standing around talking to each other didn't acknowledge us. Tables was dirty with plates. Food was just ok. Had to ask waitress a couple of times for salt and pepper, wanted Refills of drinks but she didn't come back to our table. But when we was finished with our food their was two girls walked in with Army clothes on they was seated right away. My brother who was with me was in the service too he had his Airborne stuff but he wasn't acknowledged like the other two was. Also the people who was working there was dancing and singing. We will not be going back to that Waffle House anymore.
