Waffle House

I am tired of the major disappointments I experience when visiting this location, it’s almost better that they close. The hours are inconsistent and so is the food quality. I am always very detailed when I order and have mastered the correct way to order so that my order, that I always get to-go, is not a disaster by the time I make it home to enjoy it. I always spend about $50-$60 for myself and my family and it seems that if I don’t stick to a simple waffle or all-star meal it is wrong. I asked for the bacon cheesesteak MELT WITH ONIONS, and Hashbrown with EVERYTHING EXCEPT MUSHROOMS. I get home and I only have a little hash browns over loaded with chili, jalapeños and ham. But I paid for all the other items onions, cheese, tomatoes AND my sandwich has no bacon very little cheese and No ONIONS!! Like please close down OR get it together!! I’m ALWAYS PATIENT AND VERY DETAILED… how do you not make this order correct but charge me for ever item I asked for. Ridiculous.

Awesome all the way around. The cook on shift Queen was a lil cutie, a little on the tomboy side, but a natural beauty. Very efficient, cooked excellent, and fast. Her lead server for the evening was very pleasant with a cool auntie vibe. Enjoyed our meals and got some to go. Thank you ladies for awesome service and a great meal.Food: 5/5

I only got food to-go over here and they are amazing! It was my first time going to this particular waffle house and this is probably gonna be my favorite waffle house going forward! Sherrell was a sweetie pie and she made me laugh so hard with her vibrant energy and her spirit! Usually to go orders, from my experience, was always not the warmest reception because I’m getting something to go and not dining in, but this place was amazing! Whether you’re getting something for here or to go, everyone should check it out

Terrible service, the waitress was nice but the cook was extremely hostile and disrespectful. I received my sandwich with the bread black on both sides so I politely asked the waitress if it could be redone. The cook turned to my table and said in the most disrespectful tone & causing a scene, “if you want to be picky don’t come here…if it’s a problem with you I’m gonna come for you…slowing down my time.” Very unprofessional, will not be coming here again.

Waffle House on delk road store #690 has been such a great experience not only with food but the customer service was above and beyond each one of the associates Bailey, Trevour, Jaden, Patrice, Anna were so engaging and so welcoming kept us laughing while we waited for our food

hailey was being super publicly disrespectful and rude to our server and she was literally the kindest human of all time. She would be nice-ish to other employees but publicly rude to her and our server was nothing but kind and hard working. I think you all need to have a conversation about professionalism and communication. But anyway shoutout to my waitress she was great and the food was fine

They must have had a new crew in training. There was nothing correct about what me and my husband ordered. We tried to ask to fix but it took so long, good was cold, disorganized, but friendly, so they have that going for them.

Worst Waffle House ever and I grew up in Georgia. One waitress stood at the counter and doesn't know change out the syrup, so I never got my drink. My food took about thirty minutes. To top it off they start passing to go orders across my food instead of going to the register.

As I ate breakfast this morning I realized I Grew up at this waffle house lol and I'm 30 now lolFood: 5/5
