Awesome location great facilities like parking. Large and clean rooms and bathrooms. Delicious meals and drinks. Very helpful and professional staff. Well maintained and furnished rooms. I really like it

Views at the ph303 are fabulous. Some minor issues with toilet and room is outdated but location is fantastic. I would give five stars but parking is not included in reservation or booking and at $35 a day, one can't keep staying any longer for to that fact.

My husband and me had a great time there. People were very helpful, and there are a lot of facilities near it. There is a pizza store, they were delicious, and cheap!

Really nice now. This hotel was going down a few years ago with drugs and other felonious activity. But great place now. Good amount of security now. Very oppressive but safety is their mission

Woman at the reception is unhelpful and angry. They have COVID testing at their hotel but have no information on it, would not provide even a phone number. She just scolded that they have nothing to do with it. If you are in hospitality, you should act hospitable.
