This place is hell on earth if you're trying to get a prescription. You get the same one filled monthly for a year, and they find new ways to screw up each time. I switched pharmacies finally because i got enough after 2 years of tolerating their incompetence, and even that new pharmacy could not reach them FOR 2 DAYS. They will also make you stand in line to hand them a paper prescription; at least CVS has a separate line for that. They are always one person down or somebody has quit; they don't know it's the year 2022 over there. Also, HOW is it that their system goes down so much and they don't have any redundancy? Good luck if you chose this place, the experience there is likely to make your symptoms worse.
New pharmacy/pharmacist manager is rude and unhelpful. When I complained that one of the pharmacists refused to order medicine needed to fill my Rx bc medicine wasn't in stock she said it's her prerogative. Yes people it's the pharmacist's prerogative to just refuse to order medicine you need. Please don't get an attitude with me and excuse me if I'm a little heated when 2 pharmacy staff including 1 pharmacist have told me my RX will be ready today and I had to drive there bc they never answer their phone and now you are refusing to fill it. TERRIBLE PHARMACY MANAGER AND TERRIBLE ATTITUDES. Listened to a tech YELL at an elderly man who was trying to get his insulin filled. Someone being rude/short with elderly people makes my blood boil. Shame on you.These people have a long way to go before they even approach professional and appropriate behavior for a pharmacy.
Drove there at 11:00 PM because website says open 24 hours. Big lights on the building say “24” hours. Doors didn’t open. Security guard behind said doors mouthed “closed.” Don’t claim 24 hours, especially if you don’t even stay open until midnight.
Avoid this pharmacy for your medications at all cost! Terrible customer service and they do not answer the phone. One example, I really needed a medication transferred to their location so I could pick up before they closed. I was on hold an hour and then the recording told me they went on lunch break for 30 minutes. The recording said I could remain on hold and not lose my place in line. So I opted to hold. After the 30 min hold an hour and a half total at this point, I was on hold for another 28 minutes. Finally, it rang. And rang, and rang, and rang. Nobody answered and it hung up on me! Livid! After holding 2 hours! I truly believe they were not answering the phone at all that night. I’ve also had terrible experiences with them in person. It’s just bad customer service all around!
I love Walgreens they have a huge make up section
Plenty of parking normally there is police presence. Canton mart road location is opened 24 hours. Store is clean and shelves are normally stocked. Great weekly sales. Worth a visit.
Went and had a covid test on Aug 7th at 12 oclock and was told that results would be in 24 to 48hrs. After 48 plus hrs I went back to Walgreens and explained the situation to the pharmacy. I was told they could not give me any information. Wait until they contact me.now it passed 72 hrs and I still haven't heard from anyone from Walgreens or received an email. NOTE:lost of hrs at work waiting on an email.
This Walgreens deserves NEGATIVE 5 STARS. They absolutely made NO attempt in trying to make right of the wrong doing that has occurred. I simply tried to return merchandise and the cashier that was handling my transaction didn’t bother to ask me a single question before handing me back the receipt which stated he had put $200 back on a credit card that was linked to the Walgreens point system. THIS WAS NOT MY CARD! I paid cash for the products and provided him with the proper receipts, therefore giving him no reason to not refund me the way I paid. So now I am out of $200! The manager on duty, JAMES practically told me to just get over it as the cashier had already processed it and it was to late. I received a call the following day from another manager who I thought would maybe try and resolve the issue but nope. I tried to meet with her and speak about the incident and she was nowhere to ever be found. Instead an employee behind the photography counter told me they could give me 1,000 WALGREENS POINTS to replace and make up for my money. Disgusting place with even more disgusting employees
Poor customer service! The drive thru and the inside for the pharmacy is beyond slow and they don’t have a care in the world! One the drive thru workers and I had an altercation ,which escalated to me coming inside, because she wouldn’t get me the correct meds! Baby can’t you read just say that!
I work in a local doctors office, received a phone call from a VERY RUDE pharmacist or pharm technician, implying that we had not provided the correct phone number on a patients prescription. Not only was she rude to me, she was also rude to one of my coworkers. If your employees can't be professional, then they should be fired. I work with people every day and have never seen someone so rude!!! This needs to be fixed!!!
