Terrible excuse for a pharmacy. Every single time I have a prescription to fill, it’s like herding cats to get this Walgreens to handle the it without calling multiple times to hold their hands through the process. If you try to just show up, there’s always some sort of issue or delay. Literally every time. Recently, I began using the Walgreens app to see prescription status before going in. Every time, there’s an “issue” reported on the app and I still have to call the pharmacy to figure out what’s going on, which usually means at least 20 minutes on hold before talking to someone. This morning, due to an “action needed - call pharmacy” message in the app, I called at 9 to ensure the prescriptions I need were ready. The automated phone system confirmed the pharmacy opened at 9. I waited on hold for 30 minutes and then just drove to the pharmacy. When I got to the pharmacy, there was a notice that said the pharmacy was temporarily closed and to try a different Walgreens. Even though I knew it wouldn’t work, I wasted more time to see if another Walgreens could fill the prescription but due to what type of medication it was, it can’t be transferred there. Why on earth would the phone system at the pharmacy I called not tell people that the store is closed?! I wasted 90 minutes today trying to get the prescriptions I need and am empty handed. I’m not sure if they are understaffed, have really terrible, poorly-educated staff, horrific management, no management or what but this is pathetic. Avoid this pharmacy at all costs. They have proven they have NO idea what they are doing. I’ll never use them again. Corporate walgreens, if you are reading this, the customer service at this Walgreens is so bad, I’m never going to shop at walgreens again. Figure it out.

These people that work here in the pharmacy literally could care less about your health. On multiple occasions they have a closed right with me standing there having waited in line for 30 minutes they put the closed sign up. Many times I have been on hold for 30 to 45 minutes they put me on hold again and then they hang up on me. Never ever once will they apologize because they do not care. Do not go here if your health, your life or customer service is important to you.

What's going on WG? Until recently I haven't had an issue with pharmacy but lately it seems like they have like one person working the whole operation. This review is in no way about the people who are doing their best with the short staffing. The company really needs to pour some TLC into this store. People can't go without their Rx's because of short staffing, that's dangerous! Please do something Walgreens HQ!!

Wow I just had amazing service at this Walgreens. Like, amazing. Came in late evening, exhausted and sick and a young woman with long hair with light streaks in it offered to help, compassionately and professionally took me straight to the right thing, then showed me other options, rang me out herself, and sent me in my way with a kind word.

I just want to say Mick in the pharmacy, you are such a real one! Thank you so much for helping my boyfriend and I get all the info we needed, you put an extremely exhaustive insurance/pharmacy nightmare to an end!

For quick purchases it's easy to get in and out in a hurry. Nice variety of beauty products, health products, wound care products, vitamins, snack foods, candy, cleaning products plus some office supplies, toys and misc. I always get a cash reward to apply to my purchase from previous purchases, often in the $2 - $5 range. I really like that. Great sales on health and beauty items, often bogo or bogo 1/2 off.

Much like any other Walgreens but the costumer service was excellent. Very helpful.

Worst pharmacy ever. They refused to transfer my prescription. I went in and stood there while they supposedly transferred it but they didn't actually transfer it. Not just bad service, this is illegal.

Pharmacy is horrible! I’ve had several issues with this pharmacy! Never do they have it together! And to be placed on hold for over an hour and half and still holding is ridiculous!

Hours are wrongly posted on the website and when you call, telling that it closes at 10pm when it actually closes at 9pm, get it together. See post from the store.
