Since visited once, and found the stuff I was looking for. Also the staffs were helpful and provided the required assistance for queries. And now comes to the store, it's really different and beautiful.
I have never been so mortified and disrespected in my life. I am a Nurse Practitioner and just moved to Hoboken 2 weeks ago. I was picking up my medications, and while I was waiting for the status of one medication, the pharmacist Mathew Romano comes up to me and with attitude starts questioning me as to why I am picking up one of my medications in Hoboken when I used to pick it up in Morris county. I kindly respond that I just moved to the area 2 weeks ago. He then proceeds to accuse me that because my "old address does not match up with the new address it looks like you are drug shopping "and that I am "too early to pick up my medication"... in front of everyone!!! It would have been fine if he stopped after making me aware that it is too early to pick up my one medication because I honestly did not know. However, he kept continuing asking me how many pills I have left.. and I told him I'm not sure maybe 13 I'm not sure I dont count my medications.. . I work 12 hour shifts, 60 hours a week, and when my walgreens app tells me there is a re-fill I try to refill it since I never have time to pick up my medications due to my long work hours. He then smirks and laughs saying if that if that is so, I am supposed to be having way more than that. I had to defend myself and tell him I am an NP and im not seeking or shopping.. i just honestly did not know i was early! It is so sad that I experienced this and I did not have to justify and explain myself to him. There is already a stigma for mental health and the way he judged and spoke to me makes me very upset, disrespected and mortified. I am a provider myself and the way this man spoke to me is not okay. I came home tearful and upset the rest of the day. I would never speak to my patients or judge my own patients this way. If you are reading this, I would recommend searching patients names under PMP Aware prior to making such a bold accusation if you are truly concerned about drug shopping. Please do better and learn how to treat people well- with respect, judge free and without bias.
Service here sucks, waiting 10 minutes for a case to be opened and when I went to get the employees they were in the front talking just ignoring the bell. You’re not greeted entering or leaving the store, I put down the other items I was going to get. Ended up going to CVS& saved money anyways, they should really be paying attention to customers instead of just chatting
I was subjected to hostility from your employees. The cash register employee was frustrated that she couldn’t take my credit card from me. I suspected that this behavior was intentional. I also was curious about a food product that was supposed to be recalled, and was still on sale in the refrigerator. The food was a waffle breakfast product.
I had a visit there today and the pharmacy staff here are very unfriendly and unwelcoming. Idk why they are like that. Very hostile
Waited for 3 days for same day pickup photo album, BUT David , the manager on Hoboken store, went beyond expected to rectify the situation and made the printing experience a great one. Only due to David amazing communication and attention I still recommend this store and will return for printing services. Thank you David !!! This store is lucky to have such an amazing and dedicated person.
Great Walgreens... Staff Very Helpful and Polite... Love the Way the Isles are situated refrigeration located in last Isle to your left as you walk in frozen food all kinds of drinks, sodas, juices ice coffees cut up fruitsand salads as you walk in from the entrance and exit doors right in front of you. Checkouts registers a little slow but not staffs fault Walgreens needs to hire more help Walgreens has their checkout staff loading products on shelves also back and forth running to help customers. Good Pharmacy Department This was a Bank at one time I would go into this Bank with my Father and Grandmother Still have them Great Brass Doors they are heavy! I'm 66yrs.old now!
Horrible customer service. I was there earlier to get something. When i about to pay. I told the the lady i was ready to pay. I think she is the leader she was tall and long heir. She say someone there. I keep waiting cause i have go to work. I told her no one here. She just ignored me. So rude
The casher did not put the receipt in the bag, and she forgot to take discounts off. They ran out of bags. The line was long.
I got my Covid vaccine from this location on Monday. The staffs were professional and courteous throughout the vaccination process. Well organized cabins to isolate vaccinators from regular customers. Overall - Good customer service!
