Kim and Kristin are being overworked and it clearly shines through their incredibly horrible customer service skills. They were rude and Kristen was especially nasty and made it very clear in front of other customers that they were too busy to care about their customers. This particular Walgreens has always had the rudest people working in their pharmacy but tonight these young ladies made it clear that they no one likes working at this Walgreens pharmacy. I would have given no starts but it wasn’t an option.

Be ready to have the door shut in your face even if it’s not closing time. I was hurrying to go in at 9:57, knowing they close at 10:00. I see a lady run to the door to lock it and just looked at me and shook her head saying no. Being a pharmacy store, you never know if it’s an emergency a mom has to rush to, to buy medicine or whatnot.

Location sucks... pharmacy staff is rude .. only thing good about this location is the ppl that work the front counter always sweet...need to train everyone in that pharmacy again!!!

Words can’t describe how amazing Joseph is back in the Pharmacy. And also at front checkout Jahmoni was equally as impressive. Like are you kidding me? How are sales associates this amazing anymore. I own retail stores in Virginia and would gladly do everything I could to have my sales associates be as good as these 2 men. Good job. You both made our day better today with your kindness

Most of the pharmacy staff is helpful and kind, especially the pharmacist. However, the last time I filled a prescription from here the last 5 capsules of my prescription had no medication inside. One of the capsules was broken as well. I am suspicious that someone had emptied the capsules before dispensing them to me as the medication was a controlled substance. That being said I am unable to recommend this pharmacy to anyone and I won't be filling my prescriptions here anymore.

Waiting for the vaccine for 40min and still… the person on the front desks is been so rude with me. I understand why the pharmacy is always empty.

Worst customer service at the pharmacy. Rude and unprofessional. Standing here 10 minutes. NO ONE EVEN SAID HELLO!!! AND I AM THE ONLY ONE STANDING HERE!!

Clean and well organized, they do say welcome but lacks sincerity. Was waiting in line with their pharmacy and the staff was busy with the computer without acknowledging me.

On vacation in VA Beach, and realized I didn’t bring enough insulin - Type I diabetic. Called local Walgreens and asked for pharmacist and explained my situation. He provided me enough insulin to make it through the week and accepted a huge discount and cut the order to a fifth of a regular refill. And cut the price in fifth too!! Didn’t get the pharmacist’s name, but he was on dayshift.. a black man with a foreign accent, and wore glasses. I made sure to tell the cashier to get him out front so I could personally thank him. He deserves this 5 STAR review!!! Thank you sir, for your professionalism and helping me in such a pinch. Wish my Walgreens at home was this awesome. Thank you again. My best always.

Male pharmacist shouldn't be in customer service, keep him in the back away from people. Went to pick up a prescription after my doctors appointment as I've done many time in the past. He told me they hadn't received it and said it can take an hour for the system to receive it. I called my dr to make sure she sent it, sat for an hour, went back up to the counter to ask if it had been received. His reply- did you get a text, then its not ready yet.
