Friendly great customer service pharmacy is mostly what I visit but if I buy anything I go to the front of the store to check out cash you great customer service I give Walgreen five stars and two thumbs up. They pharmacist are very curious and give a great information their service is fast on time when you have to pick up your prescriptions to drive through windows is very friendly pick up for your medication is on time to help you with great caring. I love Walgreens we're not traded for any other pharmacies in the world.
Horrible experience, my wife had just left the hospital and was still in pain as suggested by the sound of her voice. But when trying to phone in the prescription somehow the pharmacist mistook the pain in her voice for anger. After going in the help clear up any misunderstanding, the misunderstanding continued and the pharmacist became defensive. After continuing her defensive attitude for no clear reason we both became protective of each other. Then several other pharmacy techs came to the window as if they were on the street corner about to fight. I said are they about to kick our ___? Promptly the pharmacist remarked that I said I'm about to kick her ___. Then the pharmacist manager came and asked me to leave even after I told her that's not at all what I said. Didn't matter though, she asked the store lead to escort me from the area very embarrassing and humiliating we said we're calling corporate as soon as we leave.
I hate this Walgreens and I know hate is a strong word but the Pharmacy staff are so rude and disrespectful. They are no help at all I've been going back and forth with them for a week about my prescription. They want you to understand that they have a huge workload but they're not understanding how you feel as a patient. Close this Pharmacy ASAP I would rather drive to Vegas to get a prescription than to deal with them.
Came in Walgreens with prescription for severe nerve pain from failed root channel. at 12:45 they left at 1;30 for lunch left me sitting here so much pain I'm crying.. they left laughing.. the other workers laughed when I called corporate office about it.. Saying ain't nobody gonna do nothing.. I hate this store I will never use this pharmacy again in life! 2:44 and still waiting.
Unprofessional at it's best!!!! When you call in at 4:45pm they wait until 5pm to pick up the phone and immediately hang it up. This being because they close at 5pm and the phone cuts off!! Medications may not mean much to some but for the patient ot is vital... I understand that some people are overwhelmed but as a customer service person IT'S YOUR JOB!!!
The staff in the pharmacy are horrible!! I’ve been dealing with them because I only have a birth control prescription there. But every other month I go to pick up, the customer service is ridiculous. I was in the second lane and the tech asked me to send the box over to her. She responds and says my prescription couldn’t fit and that I would have to go behind 3 other cars to get my prescription. I offered to get out and come get it from the other lane. Her and the pharmacist said no. I have definitely at least 3 times seen customers walk over to the first lane and the tech or pharmacist would hand their prescription, even while I was the one sitting in my car in lane 1. So what was the difference this time?? They could have at least offered to meet me at the front door with my prescription. Why would you make me get back in line and wait 30 more minutes behind 3 other cars. That’s just terrible customer service. Needless to say... my prescription will be getting transferred to Walmart tomorrow Y’all gotta do better!!!

The only reason this pharmacy department received one star was because the system would not allow you to leave a review without it. The staff in the pharmacy department at Walgreens at Lamar and Airway are definitely BOTTOM FEEDERS! I definitely agree with previous comments. They lack professionalism, empathy and positive customer service. The whole staff should take classes on providing positive customer service or should find another job. Sadly, you can’t rehabilitate everyone. Walgreens you must do better in the your pharmacy department!
I gave it three stars because the store is great but the pharmacy department is meh. Had an appointment spot for covid vaccine shot at 11:30 and, didn't leave until 1:40pm. I understand them being short staffed but that was ridiculous.
Worst experience ever the manager suppose to be name Quinton upset because he don’t know his job unlike a regular employee at the pharmacy the young lady was able to pull my son up without any problem at all but when it came to him because I checked him about his job he got upset charged my son for his prescription even tho he have TN CARE. He is the worst why would they even have him over anybody he hung up in my face when I was trying to tell him the lady found my son profile but he insisted that his insurance needed updated which was not true at all now we have to wait on a real manager for my son to get his meds. Worst experience ever will not ever having a sick son and I’m all the way out of town. Low down as they come sorry poor excuse for a man heard he was young obviously don’t know what he is doing. No good customer service. Just read other reviews I see this location has very very poor customer service and charging when a patient is on TN CaRe that’s been the same since 2015. Please Walgreens’s hire some people with experience and a meaningful attitude!!!! Again his name is QUINTON!!!!!!
