Tried to call the pharmacy today and could not get a hold of anyone for more than an hour. I was able to get through to the main store manager and he said she would get someone to call me back and still nothing several hours later. I need my medication and now I have to go to the location just to figure this out. Disappointed. Updated. Still can't get prescription filled because there "system is down" even though when I went up there, they are still filling prescriptions. This is really rediculous. Definitely never using this pharmacy again.
I don’t know why they have bad reviews while my experience with this CVS is quite the opposite. My prescription was ready just within an hour. Everything in the store was neat, and organised. This is just another cvs like other location. I will keep going back.
It would definitely help if their information was accurate. I scheduled a appointment online for today. The clinic said they are open today. I asked for help and didn’t receive help. Until 25mins afterwards. Next time I will not schedule an appointment here. Updated information is convenient to have.
Pharmacy tech lies. When she fails to do as she stated over the phone, while you're in the store she lies about what she promised. That worthy of being fired, to lie to the customer. 5ft tall Pharmacy tech should learn that to make a lie work, you have to lie about something believable and not change your story to the person you told it to directly before.
Avoid going to this CVS, if at all possible. I came in one day with a question about a prescription I’d recently picked up and the pharmacy tech that day advised I come back the following day to speak with the manager. Following her advice, I came back the next day to speak with the manager. When I arrived the manager was standing not even 8 ft away from me at her computer and was outright refusing to look at or speak to me, even though she was interacting with the pharmacy tech that was talking to me. The manager’s unprofessionalism absolutely blew me away.
I come here because the lines at Walgreens are way too long. While the wait is super short usually here, I have had nothing but problems. Today was the final straw. They charged me for 90 count of a medication and I only received 30. They fixed it but it was only because I investigated. This is after having to fight with the techs, when one informs me that my meds are ready, and when I came to pick them up they said they had to filled by a doctor. I was so confused until we found I had two accounts and they were looking at the wrong one. When I asked if I could delete on of them they said no. And having two accounts creates problems every time. And every single time I try to sort out the problems I receive attitude, as if I'm in the wrong. It feels illegal. Absolutely sick of this place.
I purchased a item that had the sale price sticker on it. The pharmacy wouldn't honor the price. I took the tag off the product took it to the pharmacist and they still wouldn't honor it even though the price is supposed to be on sale through tomorrow. I should of spoken with a manager. She was not helping at all. All she said was she couldn't match the price, but yet it was supposed to be the price.
Terrible customer service. Told me my prescription would be ready in four hours and it took over two weeks to transfer a prescription. I called the pharmacy that the prescription was being transferred from and they said they sent it immediately and that CVS is the one that has not filled it. Went today to finally go get my prescription and there was a man with a gun in his pocket outfront asking people for money.
They followed me around harassing and interrogating me about what I was buying and this was all after they tried lying to me about the store being closed when their hours are clearly posted on the door and it was 2 hours before they closed. I finally was able to escape the first lady after I asked her why she felt the need to harass me. Then in walks another female employee and she starts harassing me too
Don't really understand all the negative reviews. I have never had any problems here. Staff has always been nice to me and prescriptions are always on time. I use the CVS app and it will tell me when I have something ready for pickup. They are usually busy in the afternoons, so I go early in the mornings to avoid having to wait. Update: For those upset that they close early, they do so because they were tired of getting robbed in the wee hours of the morning. I wish people could learn positively and compassion. It would really change their outlook in life.
