Just sat in the longest line at wal greens cause the inside was closed so we wait for over 30 mins in the heat and they take care of the person in front of me then i pull up there and he tells me they are closed its 5:35 pm And they were suppose to be open until 7:00pm. I hate this wal greens and im changing my pharmacy
Went to get a Covid Rapid test. They told me I would get my results in a couple of hours. It's been days and still haven't received it.
Turned in my Prescription, and still didn't get it right. They messed me up bad. 0 stars again
You will need to call and see what hours the pharmacy has at the Baseline Road Walgreens pharmacy because the hours posted on Google, the website, and even on their on hold recording is wrong. I went up there to see a paper sign on the door saying the pharmacy closes 5pm M-F now due to staffing. That is also my working hours so I am unable to pick up my prescription. Also, even before Covid there was long wait times for prescriptions and hard to reach them on the phone so they haven't had it together in awhile.
I would give zero stars if I could. I've been a customer of this Walgreens for nearly 6 years, but ever since the pandemic started I've had nothing but issues with the pharmacy. Most recently, I've been without my daily inhaler for over 11 days and cannot reach anyone by phone to figure out what's going on. I decided to switch pharmacies, but they can't even get through to the pharmacy to get my prescriptions transferred! It's been three days of my new pharmacy and myself both trying to contact them with no success. I wait for 30 minutes on hold just for the phone system to hang up on me and the new pharmacy. Every. Time. This is unacceptable! I've had to use my rescue inhaler multiple times because I can't get a refill! There's been no contact from the Walgreens pharmacy beyond app notifications to call the pharmacy. But no one ever answers! I'd go in person, but I'm recovering from surgery and can't. DO NOT USE THIS PHARMACY!! Prior to this issue, I've had my monthly refills closed out for no reason, even though they had multiple refills left. Every month. With multiple prescriptions and no explanation and to why they were closed out. Never again will I use this or any other Walgreens pharmacy.

DO NOT USE WALGREENS!! Pharmacy sucks. Takes forever to get medicines. Doesn’t matter if you go through drive thru or go inside. I have been switching my prescriptions to Kroger. I have one left with Walgreens and they have had it for 3 days and still not done. Tried calling. Waited on hold for 15 minutes. Finally gave up. Edited: Kroger Pharmacist tried calling to get my prescription switched to Kroger. She couldn’t get through either. Have to have a new prescription sent to Kroger. Walgreens SUCKS!!
Scheduled a drive thru Covid test online. Got there and there was no signage on where to go to get a test. Went inside and the man said to go to the pharmacy drive thru. Pulled up and the pharmacist told me they had no rapid tests and they shouldn’t provide that option online. At another Walgreens as I’m typing this and they aren’t great either.
Cashier was super rude. They are very respectful and nice for the most part but last night was horrible! I was not greeted and he just scanned my stuff, didn’t even ask me for my Walgreens card. I had to tel him to go back so I can put it in. After wards he threw the change in my sisters hand and it fell all over the counter and floor .HOW RUDE!!!! He obviously didn’t care and was not in the mood . I don’t know what he had going on but that was super disrespectful. He tried to cover it up by acting surprised about it falling all over the place. NOPE! RUDE!! Nobody should be treated like that ! I was very upset ! Your cashiers should NOT behave like that !
I have been shopping at this Walgreens since I have moved onto baseline road. My last couple of experiences have been HORRIBLE!!! The lightskinned store manager made.me feel so uncomfortable. She literally watched me from the minute I walk through the door to the moment I leave after checking out. I do hair nails and make up so I go to get beauty products often. Everyone is usually friendly but the environment felt so unfriendly. It was a few other customers in the store that no one seemed to say anything to. The manager I guess and a regular associate stood in the middle of the store and watched me as I tried to shop. The manager HAS NEVER WORKED THE FLOOR OR THE REGISTER. She sent every employee she had my way to ask if I needed help remind you that there are other customers in the store and no one asked them if they needed any help. She made it very clear that she thought I was going to steal when i come in there any other time to spend 100$+ on house gold producers and beauty products. I’d rather drive an hour to the next Walgreens than to go back to this on which is 2 minutes away from my home. I wouldn’t recommend anyone to this store. They are rarely stocked and very unprofessional. I’ll NEVER SHOP HERE AGAIN!!!
