I didn't get to the survey in time, but I wanted to make sure to thank Barb and especially Kathy, who were extremely helpful in photo. Kathy bent over backwards to help my husband and me when we rolled in with 21 disposable cameras. When the youngsters didn't know what to do, Kathy swept in and saved the day. We couldn't have asked for a more wonderful, caring, and lovely lady. Thank you!
Every time I go to the pharmacy it is a negative experience. Staff is unfriendly and have attitudes. Pharmacy closes down without coverage for an hour every day. Last experience was the worst, arrived 10 minutes before pharmacy “lunch” and they told me to come back after 2:30. Came back at 4:30 to pick up needed medication and was told that it was to be delivered next day!! What? They did finally give me the medications but then pharmacist had an attitude while explaining new meds. She did not even know that I was receiving 3 meds versus 2!! Also purchased over the counter medication which was on sale. Checked out at front of store but sale price was not applied. Told the cashier it should have been $5 dollars off and he said, “ well I guess its not”. Meanwhile another customer was yelling at a person stealing product and running out the door. This good patron explained to the cashier that they had just been robbed. Cashier said, “oh thats ok we are told to just let them go”. So…. I could not get my $5 dollars off, but it is OK to steal?
This is the best place in the world i take my wife here on date nights
The manager’s attitude is so sour. Unprofessional, she was so rude in explaining her return policy. She said, “take it up with corporate” in a nasty tone. I instantly left and don’t want to give them my business.
I stopped shopping at this Walgreens because the employees can be the worst! The way some employees there talk to customers with such loathing and wanting to be argumentative! It's disturbing! And I really regret that I let myself shop there yesterday night! As I was in the aisle looking for things that I needed I was by pharmacy when a customer was explaining I believe she was the pharmacist that she never received a call for her prescription and she would like her prescription filled the pharmacist became argumentative stating that it's unheard of, that she didn't receive a call or a text message and her prescription was put back. and The pharmacist did explain that after a prescription sits on the shelf for a certain amount of days they put it back which is completely understandable! I truly felt sorry for the customer that was at the counter, the way she was being talk to, so of course the customer was becoming argumentative back because she was never contacted that her prescription was ready to be picked up and this was happening in front of multiple customers! If this pharmacist had any skills in customer service this conversation between the two could've went a completely different way! At this point I kept shopping but ended up going back into the same aisle. And I could hear the pharmacist talking to another lady employee behind the counter talking about the customer with the issue of not being contacted as another customer who was waiting for them to acknowledge him, he ended up interrupting their conversation to get some assistance! Just in the tone of her voice you could tell that she was a little upset that she was interrupted! Now I am in another aisle looking at office supplies there's two employees that looked like they were straightening items on the shelf and talking to each other and not once did either of them acknowledge that I was there they just kept going on and on and on about tattoos. Now I go to the register to pay for my items which I should have just put back and left I can say that trying to understand someone who mumbles is like nails down a chalkboard! The lack of skills in customer service at this location is deplorable especially in pharmacy which is the reason I don't shop there any longer and again I should have went to the other Walgreens location where they do have the skills! Never again!
This is the worst Walgreens pharmacy that I’ve ever experienced. They never have medications refilled when I come to pick them up. Today is my sons graduation and I had to come back in 30 minutes and I came back and it’s not even been filled!!
The pharmacy is awful. My dad lives across the street and prefers to go to the 60th and Oklahoma location because they have their ish together. You can hear the annoyance in their voices when you seek them out for the services they are paid to provide. They seriously need to overhaul this pharmacy and turn around this dark, sad environment and the bogus mistakes. Aside from that the store is good for quick runs. Some nice cashiers but often long lines/slow though I've seen improvement there.
It never fails. Anytime I've been here, thankfully not my pharmacy, my friend's, we've waited for over 30 minutes with no one else here. They never seem to know what they're doing, they always mess up her scripts, and they over all seem very incompetent. All she needed was to pick up her meds and she gave them her new insurance card...that's when we apparently needed all the staff to come figure out what to do. Really? This shouldn't be something that confuses you. We've now been asked to wait longer, as they need to consult with yet another employee. She has this happen every month and it's a savings card that seems to throw them off. Whatever you do....do not, I repeat, do not use this location as they have no clue as to what they're doing.
I've been using this pharmacy for over 10 years and it all of sudden went to heck recently. I've either been witness to complaints and arguments or party to them myself. Staff must have been cut, because they are rude, slow and have mixed up phoned in scrips so that I've had to page my doctor to get it put right, while wasting my time and gas money going back and forth. People who need medications are likely to be sick, in pain, debilitated, disabled, and possibly depressed by conditions and diagnoses that would cause anyone to despair. Why should they or their family members get extra stress trying to get medications to relieve their suffering. Straighten up, Walgreens. I don't need attitude when I make my second trip of the day to the pharmacy after you screwed up my doctor's orders. If it's systemic and not just this location, I'll be going to CVS.
Great pharmacy clerks, but the worst front door cashier. A young kid named Ronald .This kid was so rude, never any greeting or goodbye and basically threw the bag of items at my wife. Avoid this store !!!
