Aurora Pharmacy

I go here because it's conveniently located, but it's becoming less and less convenient because of their limited hours, and I'd say 1 out of every 3 visits they are out of one of my meds. While it may not make sense to be a 24 hour pharmacy, they should at least be open until 8 or 9 PM, and being closed on Sunday is BS. The place is also really small, and at busy times they can be understaffed with nowhere for the customer to wait without invading other people's personal space something you really don't want to do in a germ filled hospital - other than that, the staff is nice and helpful, and the prices are fair. If they'd just be open a little later and 7 days a week, I could deal with the other flaws.

I receive one medication from here because my Dr. is in the building making it convenient. My medication is never ready when the machine calls to say it is. I have to call them and double check before I go. I have never had to wait in a super long line, the pharmacists try to figure out what the glitch is when I'm simply grabbing 1 minor medication, and they keep in touch if something is up with insurance or doctor's orders. In my experience they are as thorough as possible, especially because very many Aurora pharmacies closed.

Everytime im.here the staff is super helpful and nice. I went there once and my perscription was literally $100's of dollars. The pharmacist told me to give her 10 min and come back. I came back and the price was only $10! She found a program that lasted a year so i could fill it monthly for $10. Way beyond what she needed to do. I was beyond impressed and sooooo thankful.

The best Pharmacy, staff they care about you and most of all since I lost my insurance I pay almost 75percent less than I used to pay at CVS My last priscrption was Llsinopril 20 MG 90 count at CV I pay $44.70 at my present Aurora I pay $13.08 that more than $30 saving for one med . Great pharmacy love the people

Worst pharmacy I've ever been to. Terrible customer service, would never get the prescription on time, they refused to do their job and yelled and hung up on me multiple times. When my doctor tried contacting them they hung up on him multiple times. Go any where but here.

I dropped of a script on a Monday, went to pick it up on Friday and it wasn't even filled!!! Worse yet they couldn't locate it!!! The younger staff sucks big time!!! No manners!!

A bit slow but the Pharmacist and the staff are well meaning.
