The cashier was very nice but I’m not waiting for someone to come unlock the case so that I can buy $4 deodorant. When you lock everything up like that, I feel that it communicates a mistrust towards the community.

Horrible customer service from the pharmacy dept . I called today around 2 and instead of saying they are busy they rudely kept putting me on hold , the guy and woman who’s working today have bad customer service. I will definitely be making a BBB Review to let them know that the people who’s working pharmacy isn’t fit to do there job . I won’t be coming to the location and will let others know as well

I would give this pharmacy a zero if I could. They love playing Russian roulette with patients asthma medications. They put profits over people. They are the closest Pharmacy to my home which would be ideal to be able to get my prescription when needed. However they don’t keep it in stock as a money saver to them which is so far beyond wrong! Every time I need to refill my inhaler I either need to wait 3 days or I need to hunt it down at another Walgreens. With Asthma medication that is not something you can always wait 3 days for! The pharmacy staff never seem to take it seriously and today I even had an associate insult me by saying the smart patients put it in auto refill. It is hard to just in terms of putting it on auto refill with an inhaler which are already expensive medications! She then proceeded to laugh like my frustration for lack of access to a very important medication was a joke! Rude, disrespectful, and wrong!!

I had a pretty good experience with this Walgreens. I had such a bad experience with another Walgreens so I left there and came to this Walgreens. kirtsic has great communication skills and customer service. Thank you!!

Scheduled an appointment for the flu shot, no flu shot was done because the wait was long, they told me to sit down and wait, waited a few minutes then went up the window, asked if there was a sign in sheet so they knew I was their waiting & they said no, they said they didn't recommend me sitting and waiting, so what was the point of making an appointment if I didn't even get the flu shot? Just wasted time

The Walgreens a Tropicana and Eastern in Las Vegas Nevada is the absolute worst Walgreens I have dealt with. You called his pharmacy and they instantly put you on hold. 99% of the time you will get hung up on after being put on hold. Not only that but they place you on hold without asking you if that’s OK. These people are some of the rudest customer service people I have ever dealt with. Prepare to be dissatisfied if you ever have to deal with them. If we didn’t have to deal with these people because of insurance, we would go somewhere else.

I made an appointment to get my Covid booster shot at this location and it was a terrible experience. I showed up on time and the signs said there was a line for Covid shot check-ins and a line for prescription pick-up/drop offs. The staff was not enforcing the signage and I had to wait 10 minutes just to check-in, then an additional 30 minutes to receive the shot. The staff was rude and uncaring.

I normally do not do this, but I would leave 0 stars, if I could. I called and waited to speak to the pharmacy to ask a simple questions, whoever the female that picked up said "please hold". I waited on hold for 20 minutes. I hung up and called back, the same female answered again and told me to hold but I asked if I could ask her a quick question and she said " I will get to you when I get to you!" then placed me on hold again. I was not calling to ask a long winded question, something she could have given me a "yes or no" answer to. By far the worst Walgreens pharmacy experience I have ever had.

The old woman who served me told me and the customer before me directly that she denied service to a man who "allegedly" had a skateboard. Not aure how that is a crime but will be reporting to the district manager of said store.

Super awesome staff. Millie was the most helpful and so kind. Breaks my heart to see the lack of security this store has. I literally came in for 10 min and seen 4 to 5 different thieves stuffing their pockets......... Ill just stop here but really walgreens this store needs security gaurds in front and please have more men working here at night instead of all ladies. Id be a really worried son if that was my mother working there at the time i went in 9:00pm this has to be addressed
