Waited for 20 minutes in drive thru. Finally came in and of course there is a line. The guy behind the counter is dancing around and they are moving slower the slugs. I can't believe this happens alot at all the Wal-Green pharmacy. I know most of these staff members r are studentsand probably just I st don't care.
Absolutely TERRIBLE!! Called in prescription on Friday. Computer generated system indicated it would be ready for pick-up AFTER 12:15 PM on the following Monday. Went through drive-thru just after 2 PM. Lady at window greeted me with excuses about shipment issues, they were behind, etc, and was just totally NOT fit for dealing with customers. 2ND CONSECUTIVE TIME I HAD TO COME BACK FOR A PRESCRIPTION THAT WAS NOT READY! This was at the Walgreens at 10800 Unser in ABQ. BEWARE!!!
This pharmacy does not care. The last three times there was a problem with my prescription, there were no notices from this Golf Course Walgreens; no calls or texts or e-mails or even automated notices. It's up to you to figure out your prescriptions aren't being filled.
There was about three pharmacy techs and a pharmacist. Customer service is poor. You shouldn’t have customers waiting if you all are just walking around. Sucks this is the only Walgreens in this area. Please hire pharmacy staff that would like to help people rather than delay.
This Walgreens is clean and has a decent parking lot. The Staff is nice, but is butted up a against a string of surrounding shopping centers and establishments that make it a bit busy to navigate in and out of. They sadly didn't have what I was there for, but the store overall looked clean and well-stocked.
It's ok. Not the fastest one, but peeps here are nice. Well depends on who works at the drive through pharmacy. They only have one lane open. Evening hours - right around 16:00-18:00 could mean a long wait. There's a sonic right by in case you fancy something from there lol. It's relatively fast when you tell them you need your medications. Longest I had to wait was about 2 hours due to the extremely high traffic or patient load that evening. I didn't mind. The shortest was about 25 mins. It was a nice surprise.
This location is understaffed. I waited for over a week to get a prescription filled - it was always delayed until tomorrow [repeated daily]. I tried to call but was put on hold for 45 minutes before I gave up. I had to go to another pharmacy to get this medication. I would give a 1-star review except that I know the people at this location are doing the best they can. Also, their software is really terrible. 3 years ago they redid their entire system and ever since I have had to talk to a human to get what I needed. Due to this location's understaffing, it's very difficult to get a human on the phone, or even in person. I hate to say that I am done with Walgreens but I think I am.
I was in line this evening and was the last person in line in drive though, i got there at 6:59pm and ince they helped the person in front of me, I drve up and they put the closed signs up right in front of me without even acknowledging me!! And they all left home! I am so upset right now, that was so rude!!!!! My daughter needed her medication, she took her last pill last night and needed it tonight!! This Walgreens has got so bad. Their customer service is horrible. I can't understand this. We have been going there fir all of our prescriptions for the last 20 years and never had issues until about 1 year ago. So sad.
Location on Eagle Ranch and Paradise called my 91 yr old grandmother to remind her to pick up a prescription that her doctor canceled. She is on a few medications. We picked it up and got home and realized it was the canceled prescription so brought it back to return it. No refund could be made because the bag was no longer stapled and they also wanted me to take it back home to her. They said the doctor didn't cancel it but we already confirmed they did. The pharmacist actually argued with me while she was holding the pills in her hand saying she couldn't take it or throw it away. Yes, she we should have realized in the store at the time of p/u, but a same day error for an elder should be rectified. It never should have been filled and she never should have been called. Really sick of all the ways elders are taken advantage of!
My Prescription’s were finally ready after 3 day wait. . Received a automated call at 6:05 pm to pick up my prescription. Arrived at store 6:27 pm. 11 people in line ahead of me. . I’m patient so I waited, when it was my turn I asked the clerk what was the best time to speak to their pharmacist ? He replied, “You can go over to that window , it’s not my fault you all wait to the last minute to pick up your meds!” I was flabbergasted . Clerk #802. A customer next to me and she put her hand on her face and looked as disappointed as myself because she heard him too.
