Sally's on 9311 Coors/paseo disappointed in the rudeness and coldness of an employee who didn't want to resolve any issue I had regarding payment and discount with my professional license. I told her my pro card number and showed her my licence and still did nothing but say oh our system needs to update and you probably fell off? Apparently this is my fault ? Lol how does one fall off a system. the lack of accountability is wild with this employee who refused to give me her name . My questions were Do I need to put my self back on the system? Dose Sally's need to do it? Which I used 2 days ago with no issues .She or the manager gave very little information and proceeded to charge me regular customer prices. Also while shopping proceeded to hear personal gossip about her personal life with other co workers . Just advice if you are having issues in your personal life or a bad day do not take it out on customers during work hours we all have a lot to deal with on life it's better to be kind. I Will be escalateing to Sally's corporate office . No person or customer should be confused or targeted because an Employee that is having a bad day and doesn't want to take accountability.
Grumpy Employee! Went looking for a few items my elderly mom needed. Only saw one person in the shop. We asked her for a specific item I saw online only to be told they didn’t sell that item. Well what do you know they did sell that item and she just ignored me when I told her here it is! No apology or empathy about giving wrong information. We then asked for another item which she just said on the left. We kept looking until we finally found what we were looking for. No smile, no personality at all. I don’t think she likes her job we will go to the Coors & Central Sally’s next time. They are always nice and helpful at that location!
The staff provided me with customer service that was exceptional. They were incredibly knowledgeable and helpful.
I Love Sally’s beauty supply. Unfortunately the Coors location is not very helpful. The ladies that work there are not very knowledgeable and give bad or wrong advice. I am disappointed in their lack of customer service.
Excellent service! Isabel was so helpful, knowledgeable, and kind. She helped me find the perfect products for my hair care needs while being a customer focused and joyful employee. I highly recommend this location.
Don't come here the staff is rude and don't want to help you
I walked into Sally's. As I got to the isle, an employee started screaming at me. She said get out we are at capacity. I gladly walked out and stood by the door. I had 2 young children with me. 2 people left so I continued to wait. Finally 2 more people left so I went back in and another employee started screaming at me that they were at capacity and other things I didn't stick around to hear. I left and will not be going back. They should be gating people at the door not screaming at customers as if they have been privy to the mess they created. I have stood outside of many businesses and waited for 30+ minutes not complaining. Never have the employee's screamed at me and my kids the way these ladies did. My kids were scared and upset wondering what happened. They also have a sign on the door saying restroom not available for customers which I don't think is allowed.
Always great service. The employees are always knowledgeable, helpful, and happy to do so. The place is clean and well organized and this is a great location
Tyra was incredible!!!! She was knowledgeable about products and had an absolute want to take care of my every need. I went in needing a Paul Mitchel skinny oil and she found me the next best thing. #satisfiedshopper #thiswomanneedsaraise #promotethisbeautifulqueen!!!
