Terrible vaccine experience. GO ELSEWHERE. They require you to make an appointment totally fine but when you show up it’s like a circus trying to get them to actually give your vaccine. Lost paper work, missing appointments, computer problems. ZERO confidence which is a problem for someone who is going to inject something in your body. GO ELSEWHERE FOR VACCINE.
This is the worst pharmacy I have ever encountered. They have told me for a whole month that my medication is on back order. How is it acceptable to let someone go a whole month without a prescription drug??? Don’t waste your time here. Always takes at least 30 minutes to pick up the medication even when it isn’t back ordered. Give your business elsewhere.
Very disappointed with the service at this location which I have been using for more than 12 years! Today was the worst experience yet so had to write a review..called several times to see if my prescription was ready as I knew it had been called in. Each time I called I was told the prescription had not been called in. When I follow up with my physician to confirm it had been called in, they confirmed it had. The physician called a second time & spoke directly with the pharmacist, whom said it was ready for pick up. I had just spoken with the pharmacist 5 minutes earlier who said there was no order for it! I immediately drove up & arrived within 20 minutes to discover the pharmacy had closed 4 hrs early due to “low staffing”! Totally unacceptable! This location should be ashamed of it’s service & seriously needs to undergo a restructuring of management.
They are always quick to get me my medicine. Very polite & anwer my questions I have.
Stood in the line for 5 minutes while being the only customer. The cashier or manager or whatever she is named Recia stared at me while talking to another employee and didn’t come over. When she did she was disgusted she had to work and had a horrible attitude. Terrible service. I usually like coming here but she is bad for your business.
I understand they are understaffed and need some serious help, but being on hold for 35 minutes for 1 prescription was maddening. Bad customer experience and I'm sure it is awful for their pharmacists and techs right now.
I ordered photos to be printed and received a confirmation. I received a notice that my photos were ready to pickup. When I went to the store they didn’t have my photos, couldn’t find my order, and didn’t offer any suggestions on how to rectify the problem. I would not recommend Walgreens photo services.
The pharmacy now closes at 6, so I will never be able to pick up meds during the week unless i take off work.
Photo department was very helpful and polite. Great prices on prints. Easy to use self scanner and print shop.
This is the best Walgreens in Louisville by far, amazing staff who care about their customers. They're also fast, efficient and very knowledgeable.
