Kroger Pharmacy

Order pick up is a chaotic mess. They obviously don’t serve customers in order of arrival and they don’t alert customers of orders not yet ready until well past the delivery window. I would not recommend this Kroger to my worst enemy

The Pharmacists are helpful and friendly here. It would be nice if they would use 2 check-out lanes. Its a very busy Pharmacy. There's usually a 5 minute wait. You don't need to try catching them before they close... 7:50pm and they're closed! Don't waste your time trying to get there.

Most of the employees here are really nice, I will say that. However, there is one older blonde woman who, generally speaking, is incredibly rude and arrogant every time I go— even to her own coworkers in some instances. The lines are almost always dreadful, and getting a prescription can take quite some time. Always call ahead if you’re ordering your prescription through the app, because it has not a single time been done at the time specified on the Kroger app.

I am absolutely sick of this pharmacy and am ready to change. The line is always super long which is fine except they only have one person working. There is never anyone there and yet I still have my prescriptions messed up. I was called and told one is ready, only to wait in line 25 minutes for them to tell me it wasn’t filled I would have to wait 20 more if I wanted it. I told them to fill it and I will pick it up tomorrow, the next day when I went to pick it up it still was not filled in the man at the back gave me an extreme attitude saying he had two more others to fill before mine and I have to wait another 20 minutes. The attitude he gave me was uncalled for and I’m seconds away from going to a different pharmacy

I’ve gone to this pharmacy for years and they have always been good, though the lines can be long, but I understand they’re short staffed. However, I really hope they change their weekends hours back to being open later as I have to work on weekends because I have bills to pay and I can’t get off work in time to pick up my prescriptions now. Now I have to pick them up days late which effects my health because I need these prescriptions and taking them days late is not an option for me. I don’t understand why they all the sudden changed their hours for weekends only because that was the only time I could really pick up my needed prescriptions. I don’t want to be rude or be a Karen but some of us were really relying on those open later hours for weekends.

I have been going to this pharmacy for a year. The lines and wait times can be long, but everyone I work with is always kind. I imagine this location gets a lot of business. To be honest, the wait is not what bothers me. People’s attitudes and self-centeredness that emerges while waiting in line is what bothers me.

Come work in the Pharmacy and see how you like it. It's not just a simple, slap on a label and be done with it. There is more to working as a Pharmacist/tech so it'll be very nice if people out there could just understand how we are feeling as the people working here! We are short staffed and we can be backed up with tons of prescriptions to filled! We do our absolute best to assist patients with their needs! Good day

Don’t bother to make an appointment for an immunization! I waited 45 minutes & the pharmacist was rude & almost insisted I come back later. He made me late for an 11:00 appointment. Ted Schule spelling may be incorrect is a new pharmacist who evidently moves around where needed. I’m hoping he doesn’t come back to the Highland Kroger Pharmacy. If he’s going up be there I’ll move my scripts to another store. I just hope he gave me the correct shot. My arm is throbbing & im aching all over. My last Shingrix didn’t bother me at all.

Anytime I call it's at least 5 minutes before anyone answers. I'm writing this as I'm waiting for someone to pick up. I'm at 8 minutes now 9/10 times they just pick up the phone so it stops ringing only to put me on hold again. Whenever I do get through it seems like they are mad at me for having the nerve to call. I dont know what is so hard about this job... read, count, repeat. Update 9/16/21 This location has been doing a lot better than they have in the past. Their service is a lot closer to what i would expect from a kroger pharmacy now.

Some of the employees are alright but the older gentleman who seems to be running the show is incredibly rude. I really like this Kroger but I might completely stop going just so I can get my medicine and grocers at the same place.
