This store has been the worse RX I have ever used. The main store seems fine, but the actions of the RX are sad. IF they do not feel like getting the phone they will not. Call the store and they make a lame excuse than they transfer you back to the same like the RX refuses to answer. One time I was on hold over 30 mins. This time today was a little over 20 mins. I have a time limit on what I needed help with so I had to call CVS corp to get them to help me and they did. I am transferring out of this RX as soon as I can. I will take my medications to someplace that appreciates my business. I can understand being busy, but you do not treat patents like this. I refuse to believe they are to busy to get a phone call in a 20 min time period, not at that store. Its never that busy from what I have seen. Buyer beware.
This is one of the worst CVS I have ever been to. I have been in 2 different lines, one at the drive thru & one in the store. Couldn't get waited on. My prescription is ready for pickup, but the pharmacist is filling other customer prescriptions as they come to the counter. I'm sorry you only have one pharmacist today, but all I need to do is pick up my prescription. Instead, I am being made to wait on other customers getting their prescriptions filled. The service @ this pharmacy is so poor.
Nothing but issues ever since CVS got in bed with insurance companies. Never have I had so many issues like I have when we had to switch to an insurance that makes us use CVS as our pharmacy. No other the does things like they do but they say it’s the rules, what just for you. Didn’t deal with this for years before this but ok now it’s a rule. I wouldn’t give them any business if I could avoid it but have no choice.
Would not recommend. Had a script called in for an antibiotic on Wednesday, went to pick it up that evening, it was out of stock. They had ordered it and said it should be there Thursday. I go Thursday evening after work, it’s not there. Am told it will be there Friday. Why wasn’t I called on Wednesday and told that it was out of stock?? If I had known that I would have had it transferred to a pharmacy that had it. Would prefer to get rid of this uti sooner rather than later.
Horrible pharmacy, called and went in 3 times over a weeks time to get prescriptions transferred, was told they were short staffed and that was possibly why it wasn’t done... Wow really! Good thing it wasn’t a life or death medication.. As a nurse I am not allowed to tell patients I am short staffed so I can’t get to you today.. so I believe this is a lame excuse, please find another CVS
JoJo and the pharmacy staff are great. i am amazed how they remember all of our names. Our prescriptions are on ready fill and I never have to wait more than a few minutes to pick them up. If we have questions, they are available to answer them. They are awesome. In fact the entire staff of this store is great. I have lived in this neighborhood for almost years and wouldn't go anywhere else!
This location is consistently disappointing. From the constant delays in the drive through as well as at the inside counter, to the unprofessional staff including Pharmacists. I have gone to this location for years simply out of convenience, despite the terrible customer service received. However, after an incident last night which involved the Pharmacist, JoJo, I will not be going here again. He is easily agitated, lacks focus, cannot multi task and has evident anger management issues. I have never been treated so poorly by a healthcare professional before. His behavior and the manner of which he conducted himself is not acceptable at all. I have overlooked errors in my prescriptions, them not having the prescriptions ready on time although they send notifications indicating such, being spoken to in a condescending manner by the staff, extensive wait times, etc. This encounter in particular took it to a new level of disgust. There are plenty of pharmacies within the neighborhood, I will no longer settle for this unfortunate location for any needs.
Saw on their website that walk-ins available, and then went there for covid vaccine. There were signs in store saying "welcome walk-ins" but staff told me that appointment only. Staff was rude too. Bad experience, and will never go again.
Great store manager and pharmacist! Excellent service and so personal!
staff is kind and works hard but I think they really need to be allowed more people on staff at the pharmacy for the amount of people who come there
