It seems like the pharmacy is always closing. And they're closed on the weekends. I understand a shortage of pharmacist but it's also impacting those that need their prescription and you go to get it during the week and they're closed. Is it worth switching? Probably not considering every pharmacy is having problems. They just need to do a better job communicating with their customers.
Our experience at this Walgreens pharmacy was excellent. Jeremy, who administered our flu shots, was exceptionally kind and professional. Also, Mike was incredibly helpful in getting our passport photos cut to size. Great service all around!
At 6:15pm I get a text that RX is ready. Internet says they’re open, and will close at 7pm. I fly there like a bat out of hell to be greeted with a sign that says “No Pharmacist On Duty”….so they are closed. It’s 6:27pm. THIS IS TYPICAL!!! Clearly I’m sick of it. I had asked my doc to send to another pharmacy bc of past experience, but they accidentally sent here anyway. When I saw that, the feeling of dread was overwhelming, as I desperately needed my antibiotic. So now I wait and hope they bother to have someone on duty tomorrow. They don’t have enough pharmacists & will tell you outright that it’s not going to change. Nor will they be open again on weekends in the near future. RIDICULOUS! Forget the phone. They don’t answer. What would be wrong with a recording saying they’re simply ignoring you. That’s better than holding for an hour+ and finally hanging up bc you can’t hold forever, which they WILL let you do. Why not fix the internet hours when they close early bc they don’t have a Pharmacist? IT’S SUPPOSED TO BE A PHARMACY…..A PHARMACY MUST HAVE A PHARMACIST ON DUTY in order to dispense medicine. This is not rocket science!!! That’s why they’re there. WAKE UP CORPORATE OFFICE!! YOU ARE THE ONE THEY BLAME! Do something or close your doors for good. I promise I tried my best to use another pharmacy so as not to bother you, but it didn’t work out. This store should be called a “store”….not a Pharmacy.
WARNING: STAY AWAY FROM THIS WALGREENS!!! The absolute rudest pharmacy and photo department staff. Both of these departments send alerts that your orders are ready when they are not. You then wait 15-45 minutes at the pharmacy pickup and 5-15 minutes at the photo department - only to be told they are not ready. This has been constant in my 8 years of living next to this walgreens. They can't keep staff, and the staff that work there are TERRIBLE. When you receive surgery and need your antibiotics, blood clot aspirin, and pain meds... don't expect this pharmacy to have your medicine ready for days. And expect the order to say it's ready each med you're picking up when it's not. I came back three times in one day last month. The rude and apathetic pharm staff member at the window told me to wait twenty minutes, then an hour, then the afternoon. Each revisit, the meds weren't ready. Finally, she told me they couldn't refill it and blamed it on the pharmacist. This place is messing with important and lifesaving medicine. This has been an ongoing problem and one that needs to be inspected! Every visit to the photo department, the printers are broken so they say why the order isn't ready - even when other orders of my order at the same time are ready. The passport machine is never working. The upload your own prints device is never working. It is simply a hot mess! It's fifteen minutes to the next walgreens, and I'm willing to drive there - as I am sick and tired of giving this Walgreens a shot.
Store was well stocked and the customer service provided by the cashier was excellent, she was patient and explained how to use the app coupons.
Must wait days to get prescriptions that are given to pharmacy early in the morning. Half of the machines for photos don’t work- stores hardly ever stocked. Long waits- hardly any product. Upset and frustration every time.
The most horrible Customer service. If zero is possible, I would rate it zero. Almost every refill requires hours of waiting and it still would not be done right. The only resolution is talking to the manager which requires to wait on the line for a very long time. The pharmacy staff is rude and unresponsive
This Walgreens pharmacy is the most unreliable pharmacy I have ever had to use. It has been like this for 3+ years. Never have an issue at any other pharmacy or at least any issues that equal to this pharmacy. It's a constant battle to get prescriptions filled. Do BETTER WALGREENS.
First, The photo department told me the photo machine was broken when my order had actually been completed. If they would’ve just checked on my first trip up there, they would’ve seen my order was there. Secondly, the pharmacy hours are terrible and the drug prices are outrageous.
Shantae in the pharmacy is excellent. She was there by herself helping the drive thru customers and In-person customers and handled everything very well. It was busy on both sides. She communicated with everyone, informed folks where they were in line and worked efficiently. I was impressed and would love to have someone like her on my team.
