Absolutely the worst Walgreens I have ever been to. Honestly shameful at how terrible and unsafe this establishment is. I made a vaccine appointment for my booster and wound up waiting at the clinic for over 2-1/2 hours. Staff was extremely unorganized and rude. The woman who administered my shot had extremely long hair and was dragging it all over me AND my vaccination sight when she was giving me my booster. Barely spoke to me or asked me any follow up questions. When I went to use the restroom, I was informed by an employee the doors are locked due to the amount of homeless people going into the bathrooms and using drugs. I was also informed by an employee there that the shelves are practically barren from the amount of theft that continuously occurs. This location would be better served if they just shut down.
This place is a dumpster fire do not waste your time or money here because you will waist a lot of both, the staff in the pharmacy is completely unprofessional, you will wait at least 30 minutes in line on the phone and in the drive thru. They’re lazy and need to hire another worker.
Each time I've went recently I have no complaints. Only when I called the pharmacy over the phone for my prescription they kept sending me to the automatic system. Kept hanging up on me. Never answered any of my calls. That was very frustrating & annoying. But when I go in there physically I have no problems with the cashier or customer service. That pharmacy I would rather avoid only bcz they're sooooo rude & act like they hate there job, they act as if the customers are annoying or something.
The store has nothing on the shelves at all. They should just shut it down. The manager always has their pocket dog with them and loves to flat out lie to customers' faces while treating everyone like a theft when there is nothing in the store to even buy.
If I could rate 0 stars I would. The online appointment option for this pharmacy didn’t process the appointment I made and after waiting for 2 hours on hold to try and verify if it went through on their end, they disconnected the call. After calling back the automated voice message said there were more than 3 callers ahead of me and then randomly after 12 minutes on hold it stated they would be going on lunch for 30 minutes after it had already said that lunch was from 1:30-2 during my two hour hold time. Completely not okay, GO ELSEWHERE!!
I dropped off a FedEx package on 7/24 and was advised it would ship the next business dayMonday 7/25. I noticed item hadn't shipped on Tuesday 26th and that's when I started to call in and inquiring. I spoke to everyone on their staff and was given a few excuses from FedEx hasn't picked up yet to being told the package was put in the wrong pile. I spoke to a manager on 7/30 named Wendy who promised me that she would make absolute certain that my package would ship that day and not to worry. It's August 4th and my package still shows pending at this location. They claim that FedEx picked package on 8/1 but there's no trace in FedEx system. I have filed a complaint with Walgreens HQ. The time I've spent on this unbelievable! I wouldn't trust them with your packages. UPDATE: Walgreens finally reimbursed me for my lost package luggage. I spoke to a friendly gentleman on their customer relation team who was very kind and helpful. Thanks for correcting the issue! Regards, Emma
The Pharmacist at this location refuses to fill birth control for religious reasons. Never attempted to get my medication to a pharmacist that would fill it. Instead, the whole team continually lies about being out of stock or needing refills.
First off let me say this store went down hill. Sleeves are empty due to new staff that set around talking. New manager doesn't care when making complaints. Pharmacy staff rude as ever refused to fill my proscription on timely manner refused to give her name said I had to wait a month for 10 pills antibiotics rate a zero if could
Horrible pharmacy staff! They do not explain the medication they don’t care about the people there they get mad if you ask questions. Never ever again will we be using Walgreens. The most horrible pharmacy we have ever used.
Terrible staff I know the pharmacy closes at 9pm so I called at 8:45pm to check if my prescription is there & ready so I can pick it first thing in the morning. EVERYTIME I’d get connected they’d send me back to the automatic system. Very unprofessional, takes 2seconds to answer a question. Do your Jobs & stop being Lazy, how disgusting.
