Zero Market

About

Making zero-waste living the norm: ZERO market in Denver since 2015.

Story

ZERO market offers customers toxin-free, preservative-free, cruelty-free body care and eco-household products all in bulk and without disposable packaging. All of our products are healthy alternatives to the products available at conventional grocery chains and are specifically sold to be a “zero-waste” product. The creation of the market is in response to the growing demand for more convenience when it comes to a store offering zero-waste products.

ZERO market is a comfortable place to meet for a bite to eat, find all the products you need that are hard to find "zero-waste" elsewhere, and a resource center for zero-waste education, cooking classes and nutrition workshops.

In addition, the market is also be the only one of its kind in the area. There are no other stores in the city of Denver offering the variety of products in bulk and zero-waste packaging that ZERO market offers.

Along with our eco-friendly foundation of values, ZERO market gives back to the community. We participate in community projects and host fund-raisers for local community services. We offer workshops for healthier and more environmentally friendly lifestyles while keeping a sliding scale to make it affordable for all income families. ZERO market raises awareness to those shopping in the area and is also a destination market for those living in other areas around the metro-Denver area.

We really hope to see you soon! "Like" our page and remember to check back for updates about the opening in early 2017. Thanks for your support!

LOVE the Zero Market! It has everything I need to refill. Everything is reasonably priced so it makes switching to more eco friendly products easy. I love going to Stanley Marketplace to shop so I like being about to get some of my essentials while I'm there. They have great shampoo, conditioner, soaps, toothbrushes, deodorant, floss, oils, teas, and so much more!
I love Zero Market's approach to sustainability! They have all the household items you would need such as body oils, lotions, cooking oils, tooth powder, teas, laundry detergent, deodorant, etc. They also carry reusable straws and bags to help you reduce, reuse, and eliminate single use plastic. You can also bring in your jars and bottles from home to have them refill them and they'll charge you by the ounce. I get my minty tooth powder from them and I love it! It makes traveling through airports easier since it's a powder and my dental hygenist thinks it removes more plague than just using regular toothpaste. It is really minty so if that's not your thing, you can get the unflavored one and have them flavor it with an essential oil if you'd like.
Edit: Had the nicest duo working on 11/21 at 5:00 help me. Had awesome suggestions and didn't mind me taking a few minutes to determine the bottle size I wanted. Definite redemption from the first go around. Origional post: Yikes, the young sales woman with the brown hair during the closing 10/24/22 shift was actively being rude to someone and their child as I walked in then continued to be dismissive to me; I had intended on buying something here for the first time today, but felt like I was a huge bother to her so I left. My fam is looking for a spot to be our forever home for refills as we try to change to less waste. We will give this spot one more try.
Fantastic place to get all of your zero waste needs, bulk items, and locally sourced sustainable products! The owners do a great job of curating products for their store, and all of the staff is super knowledgeable and can answer any questions you might have about all the products they sell. They also have a killer tea section with lots of loose leaf teas! All of their items are very reasonably priced, which is nice considering most stores that carry products that focus on zero waste tend to be a little more expensive. Everything is organized very well here so you'll be sure to find everything you need and more, and if there's a product that they don't have that you're looking for, just ask and they can help you out! Great to have a store like this in the Denver area, and can't wait until Zero Market has many more locations :
What a great concept and store inside the Stanley Marketplace. Natasha was great and very informative. Bought a couple of laundry dryer balls and a facial substitute. Highly recommended
I have been passionate about living a low waste, sustainable lifestyle and the Zero Market has been such an amazing place to stock up on all of my essentials! They're right inside The Stanley Marketplace where I visit often so its ideal :
This place is so cool! I was able to get a variety of eco-friendly cleaning products and tools which are biodegradable and good for the environment. There is NO PLASTIC in this store. They carry soaps, detergents, loose leaf tea, and all kinds of reusable glass or metal containers, toothbrushes, dish brushes and more. They have straws too! I'm really happy I found this place and will be coming back for more.
I have tingles. This place is great and reasonably priced, considering the great quality and reusable nature of the products. I love it, and the person at the register was more than helpful. I’m happy to have a star shaped scrubber/loofa for my dishes, and some good conditioner. Together they were less than $20.
we’ve been going out of our way just to stop by this special little shop every time we visit colorado for the last few years! it has every low waste tool you could think of, and a TON of bulk herbs, soaps, bath and home supplies. basically anything you could think of! i always stock up on their tea blends, bonus points because they’re all organic. definitely don’t miss this shop!
Although I have enjoyed this store in the past, tonight's experience was awful. I walked in around 1850 to get a refill on the cancer tea. I walked up to the counter to ask the associate for when she had time to pour me a bag sign states individuals must ask associated for tea she replied very flustered and rude that she would help after she was done with other customers only one customer in the store I said ok. She then turned around and made a big huff and sigh to make it evident that she was annoyed I asked for tea. I proceeded to say it was no longer needed and left the shop. She immediately walked out and dramatically slammed the gates shut. I write this as i have only had positive experience with the shop, I understand it was closing soon but was just stopping in for a bag if tea. Associate behavior was completely inappropriate.
