These guys at wallwork truck center are amazing to work with. Once they told you what time your truck will be ready that is it. They are reliable and trust worthy when dealing with them. I will definitely recommend their services to friends any day, any time. Keep the good work guys as I am proud of you guys!

Great guys, bc of the truck shortage waited a lot but Nick always encouraged me and Sam explained financial details clearly. It was very smooth hand over and Noah, he is a great person, clarified some engine and electronics issues very well. Great Company, will advice to everyone, guys don’t fight with Illinois dealers go to wallwork and save your psychological condition safe

I had an issue with my driveline and I just called Wallwork 2.5hrs in advance from when I'd be there and asked if they could possibly help me. They were extremely busy but they fit me in and got me rolling in a timely fashion.

I really appreciate everyone in the service and parts department! They always take good care of my truck and get me back on the road in a timely fashion. Shane in sales is excellent at his job! He kept me up to date with my new truck progress that was ordered in a tough time due to shortages from COVID. And don’t forget the body shop. The guys in there have always done great work repairing my truck when needed.

Edit on 7/22/22 From my last visit over 3 months ago I was told I'd be getting my $2,000 bill covered by warranty and getting my credit card reimbursed. I was told that over the phone by the service writer. I finally got my money after 2 months of waiting and it was only $960. They only covered half the bill but I was told I'd get my full amount back. They lied to me yet again!! I am beyond disappointed with this dealership. I bought a brand new truck from wallwork truck center about 2 years ago and getting repairs done there is an absolute nightmare. I've been lied to multiple times and have lost days of work because they lied to me about warranty covering my issues and ended up getting stuck with a big bill that was unnecessary. They've cost me too much time, money and absolute headache at this point so I will not buy another truck from them or get mine repaired there anymore. I am very disappointed and frustrated.

I am rating u guys a 10 because of how quick and careful u where with my truck. I had multiple things to fix and i know it wasn't an easy thing to accomplish in just a short time. The young mechanic that did all my front-end work got some grreat compliments over at the tire shop this morning. Thank u so very much for the fine job.

Friendly and helpful customer service. And very good price for the parts,
