Walmart Auto Care Centers

Did not even get my name right on bill. Signed my name on the invoice without my permission. Said my rim was bent. Yesterday went to replace my front rims nothing wrong with them. Said I declined having my car vacum they did not offer to do it. Employees walked around like zombies most of the time not doing work. Never again.

Very poor experience with bad customer service. All associates were not wearing masks correctly, they were under their noses or completely off. Also, said they would call when finished, and did not--had to go back in to see if they were done, and they had been for awhile. Waste of time, and unsafe during pandemic, go somewhere else.

3 hours to get oil change. No sense of urgency or apologies for slow service. Never gave me a time frame when I dropped car so I sat in the store for entire wait. Will not be back.

Hour before closing they’re already thinking to rush my car service. Not worth coming in here

Super friendly from the person who checked my car in, to the ones that worked on it, and the cashier at the end. Majority of walmart auto centers are going to have a long wait time especially when everyone comes in all at once at prime times. I was in for a routine oil change and I would highly recommend this location.
